How can I turn off the sound only?

Sound can't be turned off. This is actually a pretty big miss in the toy design. As the sound is pretty loud and will quickly get annoying.

How is the packaging of the product?

The packaging of the product is in a beautiful and hard gift box, the locomotive, coal car, carriage and track inside are placed in an environmentally friendly and strong white foam box. Product protection is very good, not easy to break.

How long do i need to charge the train?

the coal car needs 210mins to full in charge.And the remote control needs 2*AA batteries to power
