I got this to water newly planted evergreens. Set it around the base and turn on the water. You can control how much water flows. Adjusts for small or larger areas. Works great.

This tree watering tool is awesome. It’s easy to add to your hose and can get around a variety of size trunks as it opens wide. It works well for concentrating on a tree that you need to keep watered!

Seems to be working fine. Took some doing to get it set up. If you’re unable to have it hooked up permanently to a water source, I do recommend putting a plug in the end where you hook up your hose, to prevent bugs debris from getting in there and plugging it up.

I planted 2 trees fairly close together. I ordered 2 rings and connected them to same hose. Very easy to adjust flow rate and cut my watering time in half

Purchased this to water my trees in middle Tennessee as the summer has been really hot and dry. The next day I noticed all the leaves from the plants I watered perked up. Really easy to use. I added a quick hose connect to make it even easier to swap out my tree ring for a sprayer nozzle

I love watering all around my young tree without moving the hose.

4 stars because the watering ring does what it is supposed to do, but the supplied valves are junk. The single ball valve they supplied broke the first time I tried to open it, which was 5 minutes after opening the box. The Y valve works and did not break but time will tell how long it lasts because it's cheap plastic as well. I would recommend getting a brass valve.
