Took aaaaaages to come, but worth the wait! Quality pan, cleans so easy and dishwasher friendly! Very hard wearing!

An diesem Topf haben mir die Größe und Beschaffenheit gefallen, deshalb habe ich ihn bestellt. Die Produktrezensionen aus GB waren auch überwiegend positiv. Als ich den ersten Topf bekam, hatte der eine deutliche Delle im oberen Bereich, so als ob er bereits einmal heruntergefallen wäre. Außerdem war er nicht mehr originalverpackt - also Rücksendung. Da mir der Topf aber grundsätzlich gefiel, habe ich ihn nochmals bestellt. Diesmal habe ich dessen Beschädigung erst bemerkt, als ich den Topfdeckel aufsetzen wollte, denn der passte einfach nicht. Bei genauer Betrachtung wurde dann deutlich, dass auch dieser Topf verformt war, er war einfach nicht mehr rund. Also musste ich die lästige Rücksendungsgeschichte wieder in Gang setzen. Bin ziemlich enttäuscht und genervt, einen weiteren Versuch werde ich jetzt natürlich nicht mehr starten.

The bottom of the pot wears off after few months

Delighted with the new edition to my Scoville pots and pans. First try with my new stock pot is bulk soup for the freezer - so easy to saute the vegetables as the bottom of this pan is wide, making stirring a big quantity easy. This pan can be used on induction hobs though I use gas and a solid fuel range to cook. Next try will be jam - if the results in my smaller pans are anything to go by this will make bulk jam making a breeze! My pan arrived very well packed but there was a bit of a dent in the rim of the lid - thankfully this doesn't affect the fit and the glass was intact. Happy home cook! What will I buy next from this range?
