I purchased this trainer after tummy tuck surgery, since I needed another waist trainer after getting the one from the doctor's office. I was concerned about fit, since I'm 5'1" and needed something that was going to cover at least 2 inches below my incision, but also be comfortable AND offer tons of compression to keep my swelling to a minimum. This trainer fit the bill! I originally ordered an XS (which was my normal size before surgery), then balked at just how small an XS really is when I got it in the mail. I'd definitely suggest using the size chart! Atbuty asks you to contact them if there are any issues (instead of returning through Amazon). Based on other reviews, I had no concerns about their customer support, and reached out to them regarding my mistake. They responded timely and professionally, and I got my new size S trainer within a couple of days. It fits great! I got the 9-bone trainer and I'm glad I did.. If your shape is more rounded or if you need more compression, you might prefer the trainer with more bones. I'm pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this trainer - especially since there's no stretch.I did encounter slight bunching with the trainer - barely anything worth talking about, and likely due to all the bending I do as a stay-at-home-mom of 2 little ones. I order a large based on the size chart but it was big on me so I would go a size smaller next purchase. I was also expecting latex material so it could be more stretchable. It is a great waist trainer and I would order it again but I will look something a little more latexy and a little bit more stretchy.

I'm very disappointed in this product. I've worn other trainers, and, at first this trainer seemed to be so much better than the rest. (I've been wearing them every time I go out since April 2015,so I've tried a ton of them.)I had really high hopes for this one. The material seemed sturdier than any of the others, and the fit was great! (I got a small first, and had to reorder a medium, but the last one I got is a small, since I've shrunk.) The medium fit well, and I replaced the boning with sturdier bones (as I always do). And I was happy... At least at first. Then, a couple of months in, I'm out dancing and I feel a weird splitting sensation... Yup, the latex had ripped on the inside, on the seam behind the bone near the hooks. So, I figure it's just a fluke, since I have never had this problem with any other trainer. I buy another one, and the same thing happens about 2 months in. By now, I'm able to get into the small I originally got, so I change out the bones and wear it for a few weeks, and it happens again, only on the hook side this time.Being smart, I try to troubleshoot and I think, maybe it's the new bones putting too much pressure on the seam. So I order one more (small this time), and I only change out the three bones on the back... I received it on June 21st. Started wearing it a couple of days later, and last night, on July 31st, it ripped again. I only wear it 3-4 days a week and usually only for 8 hours or so (I don't wear it at home), and and I was sick for two weeks and didn't wear it at all... And it's ripping already.I took one apart (to use the parts), and the way they attach the latex seems to be the issue. They basically perforate it with a zigzag stitch that seems to put way more pressure on it than on the others that I've had. Until they fix this flaw, they are going to keep ripping.So, back to the drawing board for me. I'm not going to waste any more of my money on something that just doesn't last.

I have so many of them and they are the bestBut I been looking for a 10” height band. I am 4”11 and I just had my baby and I want to started to waist train again but the 9” doesn’t cover my lower baby weight. Hopefully they will come out with a 10” height band for all the short mom out there.

I got xs, 2xs and 3xs that’s a lot of money spent and all are the same size and can’t even zip up. I outgrew an xs on another waist trainer from a different company and their own xs isn’t even zipping all three sizes I got came with the same size.

Read the sizes properly!!!I got too small! And had to re-order another one.Value for price is good. But i disagree with the delivery fee and waiting.I have ordered so many things this i placed this second order and im still waiting while my other orders are arriving in 3 business days.Even though I didn’t pay for express shipping it’s still too big of a gap in delivery. Makes no sense
