How hot does the steam get

Pretty hot; you have to keep your face away at least a few feet depends on your tolerance level.

How much does the water tank hold?

Not a lot, maybe 1/4 cup. Enough for 15-20 minute steam.

I have sentitive skin can I use this facial steamer? no book was enclosed to know how to use with my steamer, I need one

I have sensitive skin too and the steamer has been a great addition to my skin care routine. I have only had great results with no irritation.

can I use a few drops of a lemon to clean? how often do you clean the steamer?

I haven’t had to clean it yet. I use distilled water in it, empty the tank when I’m done and leave the cap off to air dry. I just wipe the outside off as needed.
