This is an expensive vegetable peeler. I've only used it a few times but it seems worth the money. It's very sharp and feels good in your hand. The handle is longer than the usual peeler and that's a good thing. Now we will see if it holds up. Even the cheap peelers are sharp in the beginning.Maybe the price would be lower if the peeler was not packaged as if it were an Apple product!

This is much more sturdy than the first couple I purchased. I would highly recommend this if you find yourself needing the ride from an orange, lemon or lime. It will not fall apart.
