I added a bulkhead to my recreational kayak, and had tried silicone, but it kept peeling off... Then I ordered this marine sealant to try. I just got back from a 5 day kayaking trip on the Buffalo National River. Zero leakage, Flexed the boat many times over rocky sections and white water. My storage compartments never got any water in them. Great product. I highly recommend.

I’m using this to seal an old Bronco roof that I’m then going to glass over, it’s doing exactly what I had hoped. As someone else mentioned it takes a while to cure so don’t rush it. I’m pleased with the product. Like with 5200 wear gloves and clothes you don’t care about.

When we pressed the gun's trigger, we got a leak from the back of the tube. Now, We applied the caulk and it takes awhile to dry...Hopefully we get the expected result...

It worked good for my application (garage siding contact with my concrete). Applied easily and good sealing. It skinned over in about 30 minutes to an hour so I had time to work with it but it takes 7 to 10 days to cure depending on temperature, humidity and quantity used and customer service said that a 100 percent cure may take up to 30 days. It did get relatively hard in 5 days and did repel rain after it skinned over. I wanted a clear caulk/sealant and I would use it again where cure times are not critical. The end cap ring on a few tubes was oversized - so it was a tight fit getting it in and out of the caulking gun and the end cap ring came off when I took the tube out of the caulking gun - I had to pry the end cap ring out of the caulking gun which wasn't too hard to do but with the end cap ring off now it would be easier to get the tube back into the caulking gun next time and it didn't affect the operation of the tube.

I should send it all BACK. First off, the design of the tube is ridiculous. Try as I might, I couldn't get it to fit a standard caulking gun. Never in my life have I EVER had trouble with any other product not immediately fitting a caulking gun. It should drop in at once with NO hassle and be ready to use. NOT THIS STUFF! It was a complete and expensive waste costing 20 bucks a tube. I'm going to back to DICOR and other products I've used for years when resealing my two camping trailers. I threw this junk into a box in my shed where it'll likely remain for the rest of my life. I don't give a damn how good the product's supposed to be when you can't even get the damned tube into a caulking gun!Buyer beware. If there were a way to rate this stuff as a -50, I'd damn well DO IT. Save your money and your sanity and stick with the far better known and much easier to use other products that have been around for years long than this crap. If they can't even design a standard, ready to use tube, I wouldn't put much faith in the product, either.

Need to caulk and tool fast it skins over quickly

Used it to reattach loose field stone on the seating bench in my yard. Works great.
