The only thing I don't like about it is when you go to remove it if you don't do it correctly it kind of pinches your skin, but I think I got the hang of it now. It looks very nice on.

This bracelet is exactly what I wanted. The links are narrow, the two-tone (brushed and shiny) finish looks nice, and it was pretty easy to remove 4 links to fit my 6 inch wrist. The directions were good. It took a few minutes to remove links but it wasn't impossible. I used a toothpick to hold open the hook end until I slipped it over the bar end. I had 2 medical conditions engraved on the plate, they are easy to read. It came with an extra medical symbol that I put on the back so it is visible even when my wrist is turned. It is easy to take off and on, very smooth. I can hardly tell that I am wearing it. I would recommend this bracelet.

I cannot tell you what I love the most about this bracelet! It is attractive, easy to add links to, simple to clean, and most of all it is super comfortable. I've had to use medic alert devices for many years and this is the best one yet! Better still, the customer service from Dolceoro is extraordinary. I had a question about the writing becoming illegible, and the representative walked me through a cleaning procedure that restored the bracelet to new condition. You will never regret purchasing one of these - just don't get it too tight! A little movement makes it totally comfortable. I added 2 custom links and they also are perfectly done.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Within a few minutes of placing my order, I received a confirmation call about the engraving to make sure that I was getting what I needed and for better placement of my words. He was correct, I do love the finished product! The engraving is easy to read all of my words. He did a fantastic job and I am very happy! I love that I was able to customize my bracelet, and put my different diagnoses/allergies on their own links. I had a couple questions, which Dolceoro answered promptly. They made and shipped my bracelet quickly, and they even included a set of the medical insignia for free! Great customer service, and high quality stainless steel that I don't react to. I was hard to switch out and/or remove links, but it was worth the trouble once I got it how I wanted it.

The bracelet is nice however it should've been clear that a tool is needed! Now I have to wait for an additional order of the tool.

This is a very nice item that is not big and bulky. I take heart medication and listed it on the bracelet. I gave it 4 stars due to it pinches your skin when you stretch it to put it on and take it off.

Had to remove one link to achieve a good fit. Extremely easy. No tool necessary.

My wife loves her medic alert bracelet. It is a stylish piece of jewellery, rather than the majority of the clunky medic alert bracelets that you see. She has a very small wrist (4.5 in.) and it was easy to adjust down to that size.
