How do you calibrate it?

Calibration means it is sent to a calibration lab and a metrologist compares its readings to a certified venturi to generate a report as to how accurate the readings are when compared to a known accurate value. you can traverse inside a duct with a hotwire or thermal anonometer and compare the traverse readings to the hoods readings.

does this work with android phones? do you have pic's of the hood?

Yes there is an app for Android. Only manufacturer stock photos are displayed on Amazon but the hood opening is 12"x12" if that is the issue. Thanks!

Do I need to buy any other accessories to be able to balance air flow in our church?
