I used this to heal my very painful hip condition, which I was told by an MD was arthritis and I would need surgery, aka new hip. My chiropractor suggested I start taking this, 4 times a day, 4 tablets, (remember it's made from real food) along with ligaplex I, 2 capsules, 3 times per day. After 3 weeks all pain in my hip ceased. I wonder how many people have surgery when what they really need is a safe anti inflammatory and a ligament support formula. A-C-P Is a a excellent way of getting vit A&C and potassium. My doctor had my husband get it because his skin was getting thin and he was scraping it open all the time. It took about a couple of months and his skin is great.
