Dose it real help with dry eyes ?

Yes, this helps my dry eyes. When my eyes feel irritated or I have a headache I use this for 15 to 30 minutes and it helps. I also use eye drops.

Is there a little weight to this mask?

the mask itself has very little weight to it - it does have wires in it as well has wires hanging off it for the power supply but its minimal and you don't notice it when using it. The elastic strap at the back of the mask is adjustable so you can fit it to your head so you won't notice any discomfort what so ever once you adjust it to your head size.

Why did mine stop heating? I haven’t folded it and it hasn’t left my bedside I haven’t used it in a while. It lights up but why doesn’t it heat now?

Why do some reviewers say it has 1-5 settings? i only have 3 temperature settings: high - medium - low.
