I had so much buyer's regret upon purchase. "I must be crazy", I thought, "spending this much on a vacuum".We've now had it for 6 months, and it has been unstoppable. NO power cord to worry about! Cleans up almost everything up on medium power, with ~20min of runtime. If you encounter stubborn dirt, turn the vacuum up to "Max" or "JET", and there's no problem. Comes with an extra battery and charger, so if you run out of juice, pop in the new one and put the old one on the charger. Easy-peasy.The station is so smart too. Very satisfying to put the vacuum on it, hit the button, and watch all the dirt get sucked down into it. Dust bags are not prohibitively expensive at all; we have a household full of pets, and probably go through a dust bag once every 3 weeks? But you can get them for less than $2 a bag, third-party bags work great.Only minor complaint is that if you keep using the vacuum until it's completely full of pet hair, and then stick it on the station, it may not have enough power to empty it. That's not great. But taking the canister off the vacuum is a simple button press, and emptying the canister yourself into your trash bin only takes a minute. Not worth taking a star off for the review, I love this thing.

I love the ability to be cordless with a vacuum that has very good suction and I do love that canister is self emptying. Great accessories and a stand to hold them. This vacuum looks nice on its stand. The only advice I would give is get the model with the extra battery. When I vac my whole house I use it every time.

The off brand bags work great! The batteries are still doing good after a year of heavy daily use. It totally replaced our dyson ball animal. Jet is about 8 minutes - Max is about 14 - MID is about 24 - MIN is about 42 minutes. The time remaining is SUPER accurate. Comes with two batteries but have not had to use both in one vaccuume session before. Vaccuume surface area is about 800 sqft and still have almost half the battery life left when done vacuuming on a mix between JET and MAX. THE AUTO EMPTY IS A GAME CHANGER!! The bags are rock hard when it comes time to replace with a new one so you definitely get your money's worth out of a pack of bags. Probably weighs 6-7 pounds when full and NO DEBRIS comes out of the bag. Super clean and effective vacuuming system!!!!

My Bespoke only came with the jet dial brush. I purchased the Slim LED brush separately. with a few tweaks down the road Samsung could make this machine near perfect.What I like:- The small design of the dust canister- The dust canister stand uses bags- The dust canister stand is easy to clean- With multi power options the battery can last a long time- All pieces of the dust collection canister, sweeper and accessories, snap together easily and securely- Even on Max power it’s decently quiet- The section is incredibly strongWhat I don’t like:- Neither the Jet Duel brush or slim LED brush heads have wheels underneath that provide good maneuverability- The section is so strong and the heads are in complete contact with the floor, it is difficult for the brush heads to go from one type of surface to another like going from a hard surface to a rug. It tends to push the rug.- The jet duel brush head is rather loud as you’re pushing it. The brush head is mostly hard plastic and the bristles are so short and the head is completely flat on any surface it makes a thumping noise especially on hard surfaces.- I think because the brush heads are completely flat on the surface of the floor there is nearly zero suction from the side or front.- The design of the underneath of the brush heads doesn’t allow a good path for debris to exit the brushhead into the dust bin on the sweeper. The exit holes on both brush heads sre far too small to allow debris to easily pass through the brushhead and there isn't any slope to the exit hole. Essentially larger debris bounces back and forth off flat surfaces until it finally, hopefully makes it to the exit hole.- If your house tends to be pretty dusty or dirty and you have pets, you’ll have to be diligent about cleaning the filters frequently.- The canister dust bin doesn’t have enough power to sufficiently clean the cyclones. There is a ton of dust that collects in the cyclones that can’t make it through the HEPA filter during that auto empty. The HEPA filter at the top of the sweeper dust bin is extremely small. it can get very dirty very quickly and if it’s very dirty, it will pull dirt into the motor.LOL I know there’s a lot of things I don’t like about the sweeper, but I’m keeping it!! it works for me and I know enough about it and how to keep it clean. I love it.I do hope Samsung continues updating this machine to make it great!

Love this vacuum cleaner! Having it out in its stand and no cord means the whole family uses it much more often. No more dragging the big heavy vacuum out of the closet - which was a chore in itself. Push of a button on the dock and it empties the canister. Sure I am still the only one changing the bag on the stand - but it is easy and doesn't have to be done often. Suction is powerful and easily adjustable from the handle. It is pricey - but worth it!

I’ve tried eight different cordless vacuums. A few dysons, tineco, shark, and another one. I have three dogs and a mix of tile and carpet. I’m a bit of a clean freak and vacuum everyday. I need something with great suction, easy to clean, and sturdy. This is the only one that meets that criteria. It’s also light and very quiet. It runs smooth and quiet over the tile and battery life is great. I appreciate the tools and extra battery as well. It’s an investment but well worth it
