These are absolutely delicious, yes they have quite a bit of sugar in them but if this means I will actually take the magnesium supplements each day then I am happy with that. I have been sleeping so well since taking these before bed each night.

I waited two weeks before writing a review. Here's my truth on these gummies. As someone that has experienced with vitamin gummies the texture of these gummies is not the same texture of an actual gummie. But are easy to dissolve after a couple of chews. These gummies smell really good and the taste of them isn't that bad. I really wanted to like these but unfortunately these are not for me. The sugar % is way too high for a gummie for my liking. Chewing these was very discouraging for me because it felt like I was basically chewing on sugar. I really wanted to swallow instead of chewing it I just couldn't get pass the grit of chewing the sugar coating on these gummies. I gave these gummies a try because of the benefits and I thought I would have great success as other reviews. But I did not have such success at all these definitely not for me. I have insomnia and I actually got these to help me sleep. I did like the other benefits within these magnesium gummies which couldnt hurt. I took 2 gummies 1 time daily as I thought taking 2 gummies 2 times daily was way too much with the high % of sugar. My body wasn't having it and I should've listen to my body while taking these gummies. I never got any sleep if anything I was wide awake even more, I felt hyper even though I was tired body wise but my mind remained active and alert. I found myself feeling sick to the stomach, felt light headed and dizzy I just didn't feel like myself period. I knew it came from taking two of these gummies. The sugar was overwhelming my body the % is too high. This might work for others but this definitely didn't work for me. I will finished these up but I'm cutting it down to 1 gummie daily instead of taking 2 gummies. Once I'm finished taking these I will not be a returning buyer.

I can honestly say that these magnesium gummies taste the closest you can get to eating a real raspberry! It makes taking supplements an enjoyable experience. A serving is 2 gummies (which gives you 40 percent) of the daily value. There are all natural ingredients and no added preservatives. They have the GMP and third party testing stamped on the bottle which also makes me more confident taking them. Really really enjoy the flavor and texture of the product. Easy to consume. Much better than other vitamin gummy’s that I have tried in the past. They do not make a mess like others and hold up pretty well in warmer climate temperatures without melting or getting stuck together. Feels almost like having a healthy treat. Wouldn’t even mind if they’re serving size increased lol. I would definitely purchase again.
