10/10 strength and durability. I bought mine about a year ago already and it’s still going strong no problem. The retractability seems like it would still last me another 5 years and I have a handful of keys on them. Recommend for if carrying lots of keys or something a little heavy.

Holds good amount of weight. Very strong 💪. Time will tell, been a little over a month, holding up well.

Definitely heavy duty, the retraction strength is really strong. I have a habit of spinning my work badge around by the string when I'm bored, and ended up breaking the string on a normal retractable badge holder. I don't see how that will be possible with thing, it's quite sturdy.The carabiner clip is of solid quality, the braided steel cable is strong but flexible, and the badge holder loop seems pretty durable. I removed the key ring because I don't need it.It dangles a little lower than a typical retractable badge holder, but I wear my badge on my waist (carabiner through the belt loop) and with this the bottom of the badge is right around where the bottom of a phone would be in your pocket.Due to its solid construction, it's slightly heavier than other badge holders, but not distractingly so (at least for wearing attached to the waist).Note: I wear my badge in a plastic sleeve, which results in it dangling slightly lower (a few cm) than if I looped it through the badge itself.The only downside is that it's just bulky enough that it would be awkward to wear on a lanyard, and the bottom of the badge falls below the belt for me when connected to a standard lanyard.

Use these on the kids backpacks to hold a bus pass. These are great.

Very good product!

I loved it for about 9 months but the plastic sheathing around the cable is cracking and peeling off. This causes the cable to get stuck at times and prevents it from pulling all the way up by about 6 inches. It's still useable and the retraction strength is still as strong as day one. Unfortunately it's only problem is a big one for me.
