If you need recovery support this is it!

My most recent Dexa bone as can showed improvement, so I think it is helping. I changed a lot in nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle after a disappointing bone scan 2 years ago. I just changed to this supplement last month.

Very effective
I was recommended this product by my homeopathic doctor. I have degenerative disc disorder as well as some other issues related to bones and spine. This product has been working for me for the last 6 months and also it helps me sleep. I take 3 pills before bed and I sleep like I have never before. Along with intake of this I've been seeing my chiropractor. I can finally stand up again promptly.

Caution for digestive issues
This review is simply caution people on the potential side effects it may bring. I used this product for almost 2 months and began to have chronic diarreah. As I ruled out things, I have come to realize this product was the culprit. At the time of writing this, its been 3 days since I stopped using it and already am going back to normal. Chronic diarreah us nothing to mess around with. It causes dehydration and malabsorption of other vitamins.
