I been taking this 3 months I am not going to lie this legit one of the best pre workout I ever used it's help me with my weight loss journey and work out after I get off work working 10 hrs. This get you pumping and sweating will recommend alpha lion pre workout to anyone yes it's expensive but it's work no crash afterwards that good for me

Been taking this for 2 weeks, and this stuff is literally crack, right off the bat withing 5 min U get this tingly hot sensation on your body, once U get ur pump going I get to sweating like a big person doing cardio. Nice sweat, energy, awesome recovery between pumps, and the flavor is good, there's a tad after taste akin to cinnamon/spices i've tried jack factory, c4, and gold's this one being a 2 in 1 hits the spot. Jacked was good but this one is above the others. Just 1 scoop will get u going.EDIT: ran out this month i Will try the regular version of this stiff, the one with out the thermogegenic, NGL this stuff is boss, but the $55 price tag is a bit much, so I will try the other one that's $22

Personally as of now this is my go to pre. Has the perfect amount of kick to keep me motivated, with little to no crash. Definitely recommend for anyone curious about this brand.

Absolutely love this brand. It is the only pre workout brand that I have used for 2 years. This pre workout hit different compared to other pre workouts that I have tried in the past. Caffeine content and beta alanine (stuff that makes have that itchy feeling) levels are perfect for me. Would definitely be careful if you are new to pre workouts. Very fine powder texture that mixes great with water.

I'm still drinking it. With just 8 ounces and a full scoop it make me tingle all over especially my fingers. With more water the sensation is a lot less. Its still great for a workout either way. The flavor is supposed to be sweet cherry popper... it's not sweet at all.

I love this! I only take half of a scoop because I have to watch my stimulant intake with the prescriptions I take, but I still have seen amazing results with this

Most disgusting tasting pre workout on the market, hot dog water probably taste better then this pre workout. I did one scoop in 8 oz of water and man was it a huge task to keep this disgusting stuff down. If I can give 0 stars I would. Do not buy this unless you want to make taking pre workout a chore seriously this is the worse tasting pre workout I’ve ever had. The effects are good but man it’s horrible
