Misen Serrated Bread Knife - 9.5 Inch Bread Cutter - High Carbon Steel Serrated Kitchen Knives, Gray

I bought it mainly for crusty German breads. Its sharper than my old serrated knife, but still took more effort than i had hoped. I bought a Hoshano knife set that wasnt much more expensive than this single knife. Those knives are incredibly sharp, but Amazon wont let me review it. (Claiming irregular reviewing activity.). Well, in my experience, those are now my favorite knives, and this Misen just takes up space in the knife holder.
