Mixed media
For mixed media this is the pink you are looking for to play. Great hue, nice and thick. Last a long time if you keep the lid clean.

Wonderful on Plywood
This was exactly what I wanted. Some people were complaining about how translucent this is and how its fuschia instead of pink. You don't want something too opaque in colors. You add white in order to do that. Most people want translucency fir layering colors. I knew reading the complaints that this is what I wanted. I normally water my paint down to use on wood. After I am done painting I will put several coats of clear gloss to seal it all in. Otherwise the thinned out pigment would flake off..I actually have a couple pieces I painted a couple years ago and are still in wonderful shape. When the paint arrived today I was moderately surprised at the quality. Its not the best I used, but it sure was not thin or lacking of color as described in some of the comments. Not as good as Golden Rod brand, but it was very good quality for the money. I had to water this down just as much as I normally do, but thats a really good sign. I figured I would show what it looks like on plywood. I did use cheap thinned out white paint for the first layer. This is the actual color though. I always use cheap white paint for the first layer. This flares out the wood grain. You have to get a surface for color pencil otherwise layering is a nightmare. I will be using prisma colors next.

A beautiful bright pink you can't mix easily from other colors.
The pink is simply beautiful. It is the pink that I have been looking for after trying to mix one from many different colors. It works great for painting flowers or in a bright or muted sunset. It mixes especially well with purples and blues on the reddish side like Cobalt or Ultramarine.

Love opera rose neon color
Opera rose is very thick. More than some of the other arcylic paints that I have but still like it. It does take forever to dry and stays a little tacky though. The opera rose is an awesome neon pink!

Disappointed
I've used a lot of W&N products, including Galleria years ago when I started painting again. So I did not expect Galleria Opera Rose acrylic paint to be so disappointing. It's not well pigmented, practically a tint. It feels rubbery and gooey, not like I remember from 20 years ago. It also has a bizarre smell, kind of like chalk mixed with fish. The color is beautiful, but don't bother with this paint. If I were a newbie, it would make me not want to paint. Windsor & Newton, you need to step it up.

Don’t purchase
This color is no more than a neon pink. Has no pigment zip !! I am a professional Artist needing the color.. this paint is transparent and a waste of my time and money!
