Great product, bouncy, easy solo assembly, great customer service
TLTR: Bungee superior to springs (imo) very bouncy / easily breaks down / a few spare bungees included / easy & quick to set up- set up took me maybe 15 mins, easily by myself (recommend watching a setup video, there's a review video less than 2 minutes that works as well as the official one) / superior customer service / responded to my question privately about where to buy compatible bungee cords inquiring where they could send replacements & shipped out a *bunch* of extras quickly & free of charge (over a year after initial purchase / it gets heavy use my house, still lasted longer than traditional spring trampolines / few other reviews mentioning needing or running out of spare bungees so the quality is still high imo) This rebounder was my first foray into the bungee trampolines versus the spring ones. I found it to be way superior in bounce, setup and safety. There are multiple neurodivergent people our household, so our mini trampolines get daily use. While I can set up the spring trampolines by myself, they are harder to do. Additionally, if I don't notice the springs wearing down before the inevitably go, the hurtling metal spring shrapnel is a lot more alarming than the bungees. The setup is quick & easy to solo for me (avg adult woman) & easier to learn execute than spring rebounders. All tools needed are included (1 to string bungees, 1 tool to removed bungees) If I am recalling correctly, there is a QR code that takes u to an assembly video. I prefer to look over written instructions, then watch assembly video, then assemble. Makes its quick and easy. There is a review, barely over 1 min long that shows how to string the bungees in which I think would be sufficient for most ppl if you don't feel like watching the official assembly video (approx 7/8 mins ... if I'm remembering correctly, def longer) They automatically include 2 extra bungees, which I really appreciated. Despite this, we went through a third (from experience, pretty sure when 1 bungee cord or spring begins to go, it will put strain on others if you don't notice is fairly quickly). I reached out on the answers section to find out where I could get more compatible bungee cords having seen other reviewers say they were available. The seller reached out the next business morning to get my information and is just sending (12!) replacements free of charge. They shipped and arrived quickly. I love to find a good product, and tend to be a loyal customer when I find something that is exactly what I want in the quality I want, but great customer service always seals the deal for me. There's nothing to inspire confidence in buyers like quality, fast customer service. With the decline of good customer service, return policies and quality control, a brand that has both is definitely worth noting My only minor suggestion would be if they wanted to included one of those bags you can put the rebounder in when legs removed & folded down. Our stays assembled & just gets stood up -which btw, it can lean against something, but it can also stand leaning against its own legs, which is pretty convenient, so this isn't a big deal. Not something I'd deduct points or look for another product for. In conclusion: very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Also the bounce is way better than the metal spring rebounders just fyi

Great mini trampoline- easy to assemble
Great mini trampoline! Very large with a semi-stiff bounce which is easier on my ankle that I fractured 4 years ago. I’m a female in my 50’s- easily put it together myself- made a few adjustment to bungee placement around the brackets and legs. Hoping the bungees and mat last!

Quiet and Easy to Use!
I watched the video to set up this rebounder and it was super easy to follow along with. I had no trouble unfolding the rebounder, but you do have to be firm with it! The bungee tool is so easy to use. It probably took me about 15-20 minutes to set up and then I hopped on it right away. It was delivered last Tuesday and I’ve used it every day since for at least 5 minutes. It’s been super durable, is not very loud, and is such a fun workout! I work from home and struggle with getting enough cardio in, but now that I have my rebounder I can easily get a great workout in from home. I highly recommend this rebounder! I have the 40” model with no stability bar. Added May 5, 2024: I have been using this rebounder very consistently and overall it has been good! There’s some slight stitching coming apart, but that might be my fault because I’ve been storing it against the edge of my piano. So far, I am still pleased with the value of the rebounder and I love doing my workouts on it! Added July 1, 2024: I always like when people update on their product reviews so here’s one more for summer. I rebound about 3x a week for 20-30 minutes each time and my BCAN trampoline is holding up great! No more stitching has come undone and I am more careful with how I store it which I think helps. Would definitely recommend for anyone getting into rebounding! Added October 21, 2024: Still no complaints with my rebounder! I feel like I have already gotten my money’s worth, and it’s still going strong with no issues. Definitely worth the money if you’re starting out with rebounding! I want to get a Bellicon someday, but the price is crazy high. This rebounder has been working awesome in my apartment. I am on the top floor and have had no complaints from downstairs neighbors at all. It’s really quite quiet! I can watch an episode of tv and bounce, no problem. Added March 17, 2025: It’s been a year since I bought my rebounder! I still use it consistently, it has held up well, and it has definitely paid for itself many times over. I recommend it just as much if not more than I did when I first wrote this review! Get this rebounder and get jumping. :)

Assembly tips
There are a lot of reviews on here that comment on parts, the quality of the parts, and difficulty of assembly. Here is my experience and some tips for assembly. Note that I have not used this trampoline much yet, so can't comment on durability. All I can say is that it sits level and is very quiet, though please note from the images that I don't have this sitting directly on the floor so as not to damage the flooring (not that I think it would - the rubber feet seem sturdy - but it I had the mat, so...). The first thing I did, due to the complaints on here about the parts, and especially the legs, was unfold the trampoline and screw the legs on, *before* attaching any additional bungees. In my case, all the legs screwed on pretty easily, once I got the them threaded right (took a few tries for each to get the threading to catch - anyone who's threaded a nut on a bolt or screwed a bolt onto a hole will have run into this; it's just the way it is). All the threading was good, and I didn't have to force anything. I also made sure all the parts I needed and that were listed actually came with the trampoline. So far so good. I am a 5'8", somewhat overweight, 59 year old woman, terribly out of shape and no body builder (to put it mildly), so take what I write below about assembly with that in mind. First, I assembled the trampoline on the blue mat you can see in the pictures. I was worried that it would gouge the floor (no idea if it would have, but better safe than sorry). That also gave me traction so the trampoline didn't slip around while I was assembling it, and gave me something soft to sit on. Opening the trampoline was not hard at all for me. I knelt on one side (both knees), put both hands on the opposite side (making sure my fingers were not under the rim!!), and mostly using only my weight, slowly leaned and pushed against the opposite side. When the trampoline was nearly all the way open, it sort of snapped into place, suddenly going flat. I landed with a slight clunk on the surface (hence the need to NOT put your fingers under the rail on the opposite side), but it was nearly all the way down at that point, so no trouble there. This is where I checked that the legs fit and screwed in easily. I did all of the rest of this while sitting on my butt on one spot on the floor, rotating the trampoline around as I assembled it. In other words, I didn't need to use any body weight to put on the bungees. The assembly tool was really easy to use, following the pictures in the instruction sheet. It's long enough that it applied plenty of leverage to stretch the elastic band into place. It took two tries on the first one (the hook tool is a little bit tricky, but works ok for getting the bungees off; that part is NOT easy, but is doable). I took to tries because I decided I wanted the rubber covered band connecter on the bottom rather than the top - imo, this was aesthetics and should not really affect function. The picture on the instruction sheet shows the part of the bungee with the rubber cover is supposed to go through the hook on the mat. Hard nope on that. It simply will not fit. The pre-attached bungees didn't even do that, so I am not worrying about it. I did attach a few bungees on one side, then rotate the trampoline and put a few on the opposite side, working my way around in that way to apply even tension as best I could across the entire surface. This may also have made putting the bungees on a lot easier, so worth doing. Where I didn't need a bungee to go over them, I left the legs I'd already screwed in attached (but not cranked down all the way). I didn't see a need to remove them. Once all the bungees were attached, I put on the remaining legs and tightened all of them, really cranking down on them as hard as I could. I stretched the thin elastic bands around the rim and hooked them on the nearest bungee hook. There are enough of them that even though the little skirt was folded in places, it mostly flattened that out (see image). All of this took me maybe a half hour, working really slowly. (No point in rushing it.) My main concerns for durability are these: Some of the bungees hook around brackets (see images above). While the edges of those brackets are not sharp, they are angled. Time will tell if this will wear into the bungees and weaken them. The stitching around the edge of the mat that holds the bungee attachment straps is entirely longitudinal, running around the circumference of the mat. On a higher quality trampoline (and far more expensive, I'm sure) or one of the really big trampolines, there would be additional x-shaped stitching at every attachment point, so that the bottom of the X was towards the edge of the mat. That would provide extremely strong attachment. (I suppose I could add that, but I'd surely screw it up somehow, plus it would be a p.i.t.a.) Oh, and the three washers? They are intended to be used for leveling the trampoline, should it need it (per the sellers comments - I didn't need them). I have no idea how they would attach. Perhaps they are supposed to be stuffed into the rubber feet? I hope this all helps. Happy bouncing.

SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS ONE!!!
I just received this rebounder today and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! Since this is my first rebounder purchase,I spent quite a bit of time, researching different brands and types of rebounders (spring vs bungee) and reading reviews before finally deciding on this one. I was a little hesitant to get this because there were quite a few reviews that talked about how difficult the assembly was. Honestly, I found the assembly to be very quick and easy. It took me about 20 minutes from start to finish and I would say the most challenging part was just opening it. I am a petite person, so I literally just needed to stand on one end and push my entire body weight onto the frame to get it to open. But after that, it was a breeze. The video instructions are super easy to follow and I was bouncing on it immediately afterwards. The bounce is a little bit on the firmer side, which I really like. I didn’t want one that was super soft. I’m also really glad that I opted for the 48 inch rebounder rather than the smaller one. I think the smaller one would have been fine, but I really like having the extra space to be able to do side to side jumps and jumping jacks. The rebounder feels super sturdy and is basically silent. I literally could not hear any sound coming from the rebounder while I was jumping. It’s not very heavy at all, so it’s easy to move. I don’t really plan on folding it up too often, but based on the assembly process, it seems like it would be pretty easy to fold it back up if you wanted to do that. I would highly recommend this item to anyone, especially if this is your first rebounder purchase. The price point is very affordable and I feel like it’s a real quality product. One quick sidenote – whether you’re in the market for this or another rebounder, I would recommend considering your ceiling height if you are planning on using this indoors. That was something I did not take into consideration prior to purchasing. Fortunately, I have very tall ceilings, so I have plenty of room to jump. If you’re on the fence, I say buy this one!

What a lousy piece of equipment! The Bungee Cords snap within days of usage! Disgusting!
Back in April and in February of this year (2024), I ordered two of these trampolines along with 2 service contracts to go with them. I couldn't have made a bigger mistake! Firstly, for the first 4-6 months or so, the tramp worked well enough, but the bungee cords broke just about every 5-7 days, which was incredibly frustrating, since I had to keep writing to the company, begging for more and more and more bungee cords; which left me feeling like Oliver Twist saying, "Please, Sir, I'd like some more." Which at first, they begrudgingly sent to me. But as time went by, it became more and more clear that they were growing shorter and shorter in their patience and in their stock of bungee cords, because I would have to wait longer and longer for each shipment, which were also getting smaller and smaller in volume. I'd ask for 50 cheaply made bungee cords, and they'd send 40 - then 30 - then 20- and now none at all, their constant excuse being that their warehouse was temporarily out of stock; and there goes my workout routine permanently out the window! I just received this letter from them today: (Hello Customer, Thank you for your contact and sorry for the inconvenience! We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and providing excellent products. We are very sorry that we have already requested a new trampoline for you. We are unable to request a new one for you again. We are out of stock of replacement bungee cords and would like to issue two full refunds of both trampolines to you. Is this acceptable to you? If you have any other requests, please do not hesitate to tell us. Your satisfaction is always our top priority. Please accept our apologies again and I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Customer Support Team) So, what they are saying in essence is that they no longer wish to do business with me since they deem me a non-profitable customer or client, since I have to keep writing to them for more bungee cords and a new tramp, both of which are inferiorly made, since they have to be replaced constantly, and despite the fact of my having two service contracts with them. They took my money quickly enough, but now they welch on the service end of the deal, which is pathetic! So much for selling an "excellent product", eh? I also find it rather disgusting that at the end of their farcical letter, they write: (If you have any other requests, please do not hesitate to tell us. Your satisfaction is always our top priority. Please accept our apologies again and I am looking forward to hearing from you. Best Regards...) [12-13-2024]. I DID have other requests, and I didn't hesitate to tell them. Unfortunately, they refused to help me with them, since they replaced one tramp already, and deem me a difficult and non-profitable customer; which is specifically why I purchased the 2 service warranties with them. But now they refuse to even honor the warranties, which cover both the tramps and all parts. Leaving me feeling like a tramp too!! Then, they mockingly state that MY satisfaction is their TOP priority. How nice. But what they TRULY meant is from the BOTTOM DRAWER up! Nevermind my being satisfied, which I am not! This company is in it for the money; for a buck! Not for any true customer service or quality. One of their mottos is "HEALTHY FOR LIFE!" Yeah. But don't push it! They constantly spew rhetoric like this, but then when push-comes-to-shove, it's YOU who gets pushed and shoved...right out the door! Very courteously, of course. Finally, they state and ask for me to accept their apologies, and that they look forward to hearing back from me again. Really? Seriously? What a joke! Both are utter lies, which is why they are trying to cut me off by refunding me for the two inferior tramps I purchased from them, thus abruptly cutting off and stopping all further contact with me and all replacement obligations with me; which is NOT what I want, since I purchased these trampolines because I am an athlete who wishes to work out on them daily. It is not my fault that they are inferiorly made. It is not my fault that they fully break down every 4-6 months and have to be completely replaced! It is NOT my fault that the bungee cords have to be replaced every 5-7 days because they are so cheaply made! I do NOT call this good service, nor do I feel as though they are sorry for squat! Only that that they ever crossed my path in the first place, which explains why they're trying to get rid of me. Which I find singularly disgusting, unprofessional and insulting to my intelligence! This company seems to be so low on the customer service bar that they're going to have to limbo just to see their family trees ever again!! I wrote back to them and told them so, and told them to take care of themselves, because obviously, it's what they're best at!! Angry, unhappy and unsatisfied me-😒😒 Jon.

Excellent, easy assembly, sturdy
Love this! Super sturdy and I ain’t petite, had the bcan spring mini tramp until I broke it…(not faulty I stored it outside so it was weathered). The bungee is sooooo much nicer and quieter! I will store this one inside though. If you are on the fence, get it! The health benefits are great, my balance (which was good) is phenomenal now (I’ve been using the other one consistently for about 3 weeks 5 minutes daily). For reference I am 62, female, 215 lbs, if that helps any one.

Rebound with Confidence
Rebounding has been a great tool in healing and staying healthy! Build to last, the bungee system is far more superior than the spring system, as it significantly reduces the noise levels around the house. It comes with all the tools to assemble easily and quickly in less than 10 minutes. It's stable legs and materials allow all ages and experiences to rebound with confidence.
