Assembly was a breeze. Having a supplied rubber mallet was nice but using an actual decently sized rubber mallet was way more efficient than the dinky little one the shelves come with. The quality for the price is pretty surprising. I was skeptical because of all the sus products out their these days but this one lives up to its claim.

Overall, very happy with the shelving units, got one to fit in a closet. Dimensions were spot on.Package came quickly. Once I opened it up, I couldn't find a few small parts -- until I came across a small note that explained that some of the parts (mallet, gloves, etc.) where stored *between* the shelves. I had to look carefully, but everything was there!Assembly was easy. My advice to anyone: go slowly, make sure that the two notches at each end of the horizontal pieces enter both holes on the vertical pieces - it's easy to miss, and makes it less stable. Also, make sure to use the mallet to really secure the horizontal pieces in place. It comes with a small mallet which is good enough, though I used my own larger mallet to make it easier.Once I had assembled it (and fixed a few spots where I hadn't got both notches in), it was very sturdy and it is now comfortably holding 100lb+ on each shelf (it's rated for much more, but was not necessary in my case).I like the overall look, and how the shelves are adjustable (except the middle one, that's fixed, as it connects the upper and lower piece). It's not too heavy to move around, but still feels sturdy enough. The shelves feel a touch flimsy, but are all well reinforced, so am confident that they can hold up a decent weight.

Spoiler Alert: Some of the small parts come stored between the shelves, so you might think they were left out (there is a little card telling you this but it is easy to miss). But I got everything.One very minor point: I think the shelves are a little thin and wobble a bit, but I have to admit they are holding some fairly heavy boxes. The cross-ribs do add sturdiness.My only real criticism is that the corner posts extend up above the top of the uppermost shelf, so if you are putting a few of these along a wall, you can't have boxes or bins extending across two units, and items can't extend out over the edge either.The adjustability of the shelves is a real plus and why I bought them. Plastic shelving with fixed shelf height would not have met my needs in this instance.

We love these shelves! The first one I put together took a bit longer than the others, as I learned the design. But after that, this 69-year-old woman put them together in less than 15 minutes each. Very nicely machined so everything went together easily. The boxes include a cute little mallet but I used my own rubber mallet to assemble and things went more quickly. The shelving is strong once assembled, and very pretty - pretty enough for my house though they are going into the garage. We had no trouble with anything arriving crushed or bent. We now have four of the units and all arrived in fine shape and with all components. If you have to move the assembled units, you probably can't lift them by the shelves because I suppose that could start tearing the units apart. (But I've moved enough furniture to know that you never carry things by the shelves anyway, always by the stronger frame.) We're looking for more places to use these shelves!

Product is not bad actuallywas worth the money. Gave my room more space. Study enough to carry some items.I didnt use it for very heavy things, but for common items.

Bought 4 shelving units after investigation. The units I bought were 72" H and they assembled well with no major issues. Ran into some minor problems and Sheila in customer service is very responsive and communicates clearly and represents customer's interests. Good company to deal with and I will order another 2 units soon.

Let me tell you something about this shelving, I have been rhrough two other types which ended up buckling and bending at the base but this shelving unit from Raybee is absoliyely outstanding 👌. It is very rigid, solid and east to assemble and will be the prefect addition to my garage. I am so impressed by this that i have ordered another one to go side by side the one I just purchased. Fantastic job on creating these stable shelving units, very easy to assemble and can withstand some serious weight. They also supply gloves and a rubber male which Is great. Excellent work Raybee on this product, you should be proud of yourselves.

I ordered 3 of these to put in my garage. They were easy to build by myself and very sturdy. I had one package with a missing part. I contacted customer service and they were so thorough and quick to send a replacement. Wonderful seller and product. I’ll likely purchase more.
