The book holder comes in 2 parts and you simply pull them apart to bring the holder to its original separated state. I personally just leave the 2 parts together and store in a cupboard until you need it again.

Brilliant Book Stand!

My Wife is pleased to bits with this Book Stand. It does the job and is easy to assemble and take apart. When you have finished using it it is easy to take apart and put it back in its small box for convenient storage. If ordering again would probably have ordered the white version.

Paperbacks

The book stand looks lovely and would be good for hardbacks but unfortunately not good for paperbacks. Doesn't hold the pages open enough to read properly. Disappointed as it looks good and dismantles in seconds.
