The size of the plastic shelves for slatwall is about 4 x 10 inch/ 10.2 x 25.4 cm.

are there clear plastic 10 x 4 shelves but with a lip in the front to keep products from falling off?

No there is no lip, would be nice is most cases, but they work well for my display, bony hide the product.
