The media could not be loaded. I bought the electric pump two months ago and am fully dependent on it for milk for my newborn. However, it has started malfunctioning now as shown in the video I have uploaded. Sometimes it works for 10-15minutes before malfunctioning and the other times it just doesn’t start. I went through their manual and changed the cable, adapter and plug point to rule out any power supply related issues, as mentioned in the manual, but it still didn’t work. Then I tried contacting customer support, whose number is not available anywhere on the internet. The phone number given on their website doesn’t work. It took me 4days to finally get a number that works. They registered my complaint and told me a technician would contact me within 4 hours. However, it has been 4 days with no sign of the technician. I called up the customer support two more times but they keep saying the technician will contact me. Like I mentioned before, I am solely dependent on this pump for my baby’s food and this is how Philips is providing zero support. This product is supposed to have 2 years warranty but what is the point if no technician is available to resolve issues? I am absolutely disappointed with how my issue is just kept pending for so many days in spite of me explaining the criticality. I have absolutely lost trust in Philips.

This breast pump is the only one that ACTUALLY gave me some comfort. Normally, my milk production varies every single time so I just toggle between settings, according to what is comfortable.

My back gave out while giving birth and I couldnot sit up at all. Went for this pump and it made feeding possible. Since it has a no lean design, I could pump comfortably. It has a cushion to massage the breast and help me express quickly. Its only because of this that I didnot have to resort to formula.

I give this product zero rating I use this pump I never recommend to other to buy this product.. too much time taking sit 1 hour and you get only few milk this product motor is not powerful don’t buy this full of waste of money.

Not so great. It leaks from the rubber cup

The philips pump is a real lifesaver. I have been using this product for over 4 months now. Really happy with the product. In between had a trouble and when contacted with the customer service I was able to get a part replaced too.
