Great laptop
Works as it should. No real complaints. Only thing I'd change is to have a power light showing the laptop is powering on. Many times I end up powering it back off while it is turning on because I cant tell it if it is coming on

Its a laptop
Having used it for a few months I would say its okay but rather frustrating to use Doesn't seem user friendly or intuitive. Keyboard seems to leave out letters frequently, like the keys are not getting the signal when touched. Could be my poor form but my old computer did not frustrate me like this one does. If I could have a do over I would buy a back-lite keyboard to make it easier on my old eyes. The photo import process has made me want to scream for help but again maybe I just need to learn how.Goes to sleep when you leave it alone for a bit or when you shut the cover but it does not wake up when you open the cover as you will need to push a strange almost recessed start button each time. Rather slow startup as well.

Good for Movies
I like that i can hook my HDMI cable up and play on my tv , makes watching Netflix , HBOmax and others easier than streaming them through a device

I really wanted to give it 0 stars.I took it out of the box and plugged it in to charge. A couple days later when I finally had time I tried to turn it on. Nothing. I noticed that there were lights on the side of the computer that were working. I hit the power button again and they went off. I hit the power yet again and the lights came on again. I left it alone for a couple of minutes and I got a black screen with white wording that said there was no hard drive present. The package was also promised on Tuesday but it didn't arrive until Thursday..This is my second bad experience in a months time. I am reconsidering online purchasing through this medium.
