Good Product, Even Service Quality is also good. Water taste is what you should expect, I mean good. and also tds level is around 50 to 80. without RO in my area tds level is around 250 or above. Highly recommended because it has low cost service.

Great Taste, Quick Installation, and Large Tank
This product is affordable and value for money, good water taste and quality, the water purification was so fast and quick and good quality of taste, the design was to good and tank capacity is 18ltrs. The product installation was also quick and reasonable price as per our schedule time and product has no leakage and functioning very well as of now.

Worst product - defective item

Worst productDefective itemSuggestion for everyone - avoid this item++ Once you will receive the order, you will not receive any kind of support neither from the amazon not from the aquatec company thereafter.++ Installation mechanic is also not experienced. He had done holes in my wall without judgement. After making holes, he realized RO can not be fit here then again he did two more holes in my wall. And I had to pay him for destroying my wall because of Amazon policy.++ You can realized the product is defective after installation but once it is installed, you need to uninstall it for returning but amazon will not help you in uninstalling because it does not come under amazon policy. You have to bear all the expenses from buying to installing and then uninstalling as well.++ I had placed the return order on the day of installation (i.e., 05/08/2025) but still it has not been picked up. When I call to customer executive, everyone is saying different things. I am feeling like customer executives are not there for helping customers but to make them feel helpless.Just a suggestion avoid buying such items from Amazon. If you will buy, you will feel helpless if it is defective.

This is the best water purifier – budget-friendly and the water tastes really good too! Where I live, the water has a very high iron content, but ever since I started using this purifier, there have been no complaints at all. It's absolutely the best!
