I picked more than one model after noticing this brand
I noticed this brand after needing a different brand with not so much background noise and found this entire line had a consistent clean bathroom design to them

I Love This Showerhead
I think I purchased the first of these showerheads (chrome finish) back in 2014 or something, then replaced it with another of the same model in 2019 because we have hard water here and eventually it becomes easier to replace a showerhead rather than continue to get rid of the ever-increasing lime buildup.I can't remember if the most recent showerhead came with a plastic hose or a metal one - If it was plastic, then I think I just re-used my previous metal hose with it. But metal hose replacements are super cheap on Amazon anyway ($8-$15) so I wouldn't let the hose quality that comes with this showerhead turn you off purchasing it. The showerhead itself is easy to use, with good options for spray type (massage, etc.).With the Bradbury model in particular, if you search the web you may or may not find all sorts of YouTube clips that show how easy it is to remove the flow restrictor. I wouldn't suggest doing this of course, as you might find that this showerhead flow strength is completely amazing without it. But removing that little regulator part might not be consistent with your local water conservation requirements. However, I must say that when my current showerhead needs replacing, I'll definitely be more than happy to seek out yet another of these wonderful showerheads. It's been pretty fantastic.

Wonderful settings.
Very useful for all purposes. Pressure setting works to keep ears free of wax collection.

Replacement for our shower head
We currently have a Moen faucet in our shower which needed replacement. This one fit nicely where the old one was. As I only needed the shower head and not the hose and other fittings, I probably bought too much here, but that was OK. Maybe I should have looked further for just the head.

Works great!
This is the second time we have bought this sprayer! We have realllly hard water and a lot of sand. The first one we bought we cleaned it up and put it in the guest shower. It is 2 years old and was in our primary shower. It still works good! The new one has a really easily moved tiny handle to increase the pressure! Great improvement! Only problem on this new on is the slippery handle. I am handicapped and cannot accomodate a slippery handle. So we added a couple rough sticker thingies we use on the floor of the shower Problem solved! Love the new sprayer!

Moen Banbury: This Collection is a Hot Mess
I bought this Moen hand shower to match a set of not-yet-installed Moen "Banbury" tub/shower fixtures with matching accessories (toilet paper holder, towel ring, etc.). Initially, I purchased a Moen Banbury fixture for my bathroom sink and, having been impressed with the design and overall craftsmanship, decided to spring for the entire Banbury collection as a means to refresh the main bathroom in my home.As a Waterpik owner, I didn't want to forego a hand shower in the upgrade so I was thrilled when I found this 5-Spray Hand Shower in "Mediterranean Bronze" to match the balance of my collection. What I didn't expect, despite the fact that I bought all but this hand shower at a hardware store that featured some pieces from this collection on display, is that what is inside the Moen package consists of unexpectedly cheap products. If it were merely the fact that the extension hose on this hand shower is plastic, as others have pointed out, I could live with a bit of cost-cutting here or there. However, too my dismay the Banbury fixture set sold for the tub/shower — with the exception of the shower on/off handle and the metal pull knob on the tub spout — are entirely made out of plastic that is merely colored to look like oil rubbed bronze! Nothing about the Moen display I saw in a store or the packaging on this product suggests that for the price — bearing in mind that the "Mediterranean Bronze" is the most costly choice among the Banbury finish choices — that faux metal with an ultra cheap feel will be the end result of an upgrade or remodel project. If you're buying this particular hand shower it is adequate but not fantastic. Hand shower choices in this finish are not as limited as they once were, which means that buying it simply because it bears the name of other pieces in this collection is not really necessary (in all reality, products labeled as "oil rubbed bronze" would have probably matched just as well to Moen's "Mediterranean Bronze").If you're buying this Moen hand shower because you are planning a Banbury refresh/remodel in which you will hire a plumber or contractor to install the fixtures, STOP NOW. Don't be like me and buy the whole collection, let it sit in the boxes unopened while you await a plumber or contractor to work you in to his/her busy schedule. Crack open the Moen boxes and have a look before you are "committed" by a costly install to get a feel for how the materials feel and look up close. In summary, Moen would appear to be taking advantage of the fact that many customers will A) entrust their contractor/plumber select the product (mistake), B) buy "sight unseen online" without access to accurate descriptions, or C) leave the contents in an unopened package awaiting a scheduled appointment with a plumber or contractor, only to realize after it is too late (installed) that materials/quality is not uniform within this collection — leaving much to be desired for the price.
