Hmm.. it doesn't melt in your mouth. It's like thin jelly. However, before I bought from the airport iron supplement like this and it actually melts. I just wonder if it's really like that jelly 😅

Seems to work, I didn't get infection while taking these strips for 15 days. Would be good if its affordable and less wastage of paper.
