How long does it take to empty the small and large sizes?

Depent. has a litle scruew control valve To the oil flow the way I do.take 20.minutes.and I'm refilled 3 times if but it is not much different the size . You can tighten. To go slow...

I like to know the size of all 3! Small? Medium? large? I can't find any info here or your website...

The capacity of all three sizes are as follows: Large 80 Oz, Medium 40 Oz and Small 33 Oz. Hope this helps.

please verify product dimensions, height and width, for small and medium pots. Does the capacity fill the wide portion only, or higher?

The dimensions are about 6 inches wide at the widest part and about 6 inches high from the base of the control valve till the top edge of the rim. The capacity is till it fills little above the neck. Since all pots are hand made no two pots are alike in size or looks. Variation is the beauty of hand made items.
