Excellent Purchase

The consumer wins!
I needed to replace the battery in my old Samsung so that I could use it as a trade for a new S25. Wasn't sure if Samsung would change the trade value if I didn't. I was also worried that they'd see the new battery and penalize me. However, trade was accepted at full value. 😉

Easy replacement
This was easy to do with the tools that are provided. So far it has fixed the issue I was having with my battery. Waiting to see how well the battery holds a charge and will review again later. So far this is saving me from buying a new phone.

Good Battery
Works well. I followed ifixit's battery replacement guide for the Galaxy s21 and everything went smooth. Just be patient when prying out the old battery, as it takes 5-10 minutes for the isopropyl to fully loosen the adhesive.Accubattey is reporting around 3600 mAh capacity after 1 week of use, so it might be slightly less capacity than the original. However, the battery lasts noticably longer day to day than the old one, and no longer rapidly dies under 15%

The Cable Does Not Work
The connection cable doesn't match the one from the original battery. Sure it goes in, but it's lacking the plastic siding that keeps it in. It kept falling out because the cable itself was also a little too long and pulled it out of the port.

Battery doesn't hold a charge.
The battery doesn't hold a charge. I was on my phone for 10 minutes and it went from 100% to 93%. I'll update the review if anything changes.

It works well
It works better than the OEM Samsung battery did.It still gets the normal amount of hot during charging or heavy screen use.It takes several minutes, but once you've figured it out, it it's straight forward, just a lot of things in the way that need to be removed, just to gain access, to get the old battery out.
