I’ve really enjoyed this pre workout in terms of quality, performance, and taste. It doesn’t have an overwhelming amount of caffeine but just enough to power through any workout. I don’t care much for taste when it comes to pre workout powders, but the pre-kaged sport flavors are surprisingly exceptional! I would recommend stacking this with old fashioned creatine monohydrate, as I’ve noticed considerable differences in workout performance and muscle volume. It’s a great price too. I’ve tried many pre workouts out there over the years and this has been a new favorite the past 6 months and I don’t see myself discontinuing any time soon.

Taste great definitely makes me feel fueled up and ready for a good hard work out.

Taste alright. Pre-workout is pre workout if it doesnt have Creatine. Its not different than drinking a Celcius but this is much cheaper.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Dissolves easily so you don't feel like you have tiny pieces in your mouth. It hits me pretty quick, so I don't wait 30 minutes to take. The flavors are wonderful my fave is bule raspberry. the size is decent I can use one for one month. I usually mix my electrolytes with this so I am not sure on hydration. But gives me the energy I need to get the work out done. Great quality I have purchased multiple times.

I gotta say, it’s pretty awesome! I’ve been in bodybuilding for over ten years and have tried all the pre workouts in the market. Usually, it’s the same story overly disgusting to drink, jitters, anxiety or nausea. But, this one is perfect! The taste is not too bad and the energy is good. Not too much and not excessive, right in the middle. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Kaged has been around a long while. One of the old school brands that persists today, and I'm happy to see it. Taste is a little strong, but great. Probably the best tasting pre workout I've ever had. Mixes well, mostly jitter-free. Unfortunately, I've experienced hit and miss energy with it. If you're a little tired, don't expect this to wake you up like a dozen cups of coffee. If you're well rested, it's about perfect. When it's working well, I have the best workouts. Clarity, focus, weights feel light as a feather. I simply LOVE this stuff on those days. With my life's hectic third shift, Tuesday through Saturday schedule, I don't have the luxury of quality rest every day. When I'm tired, Kaged falls short. It'll give me just enough pump to get out the door and it's out of my system already. I tried using two scoops in those times, but it wasn't enough. Maybe I should try a high stim pre for my laggy days.

The Kaged brand is so great! I’ve loved every flavor so far, but the grape has definitely taken the cake. It genuinely tastes like grape soda! And I’ve never had problems with extra particles on the bottom of my shaker with this brand. Highly recommend
