Nourishing
I like the smell of this lotion, it’s not overpowering and doesn’t linger long. Application doesn’t leave a residue and soaks into sink

Smells Strong
The bottle I received was wrapped with plastic wrap, like it’s the house hold cling wrap (see my photo). It easy to tamper with. I thought it was odd. The bottle itself did not have any protection other than cling wrap.I love that it’s vegan, cruelty free and made in the USA. It’s a light formula that goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. It doesn’t make my skin sticky, but this body lotion is too light for my dry skin, especially in cold and dry winter. They added strong fragrance to it with Hinoki (Japanese juniper). A scent of Japanese juniper is nice itself, but a mix of rose and other ingredients made it an odd smell that I don’t care for.The scent of a fragrance is the personal preference, so you might like it, but unfortunately, this lotion is not for me.

Light weight and smells great
The rose body lotion is very light weight and smells like rose and cedar. It's strong, but not overwhelming. It absorbed quickly and did not leave any weird residue behind. My skin was soft and smooth!

Moisturizing Lotion
If there was anyone who needed a hydrating body lotion, I would be high on that particular list. Emergency surgery and time spent in and out of the hospital since October have left almost every part of my body dry as the desert. I’m using this in the a.m. after showering and then drying off. It isn’t thick or heavy and my skin seems to absorb it quite well. I don’t find the scent to be too strong but honestly I seem to be having a hard time getting my formally good nose to smell anything( perhaps a surgery issue that I hope will improve with time), so you might want to check other reviews for opinions on the scent. My typical pattern/habit these days while I’m at home recovering is to shower and apply lotion early in the a.m.( by seven). I check my really dry skin areas again around noon and find I still need to apply additional lotion then and before bed. I really didn’t expect this product to fix my dry skin by using it once a day. However it does help me start the day with my skin feeling not so rough and dry and somethings (most things) just take time. The bottle contains 8 ounces and I’m probably going through it faster than most people would. I’ve been using it since the beginning of December and have used about half the bottle already. The question to me when I see a review is if the person would choose it again. At this point I’d say yes. I was debating between three and four stars, but since I decided I would keep using it, I’m going to say four stars.

Make sure you read the ingredients first
Silly me I forgot to read the ingredients first and didn't notice until after I applied it to my hands and arms that it had cedar in it which I'm super allergic to. Within seconds my arms had a rash all over them. Luckily this lotion is lightweight and pretty easy to rinse off. I can't really speak on how hydrating it is because I couldn't exactly keep it on overnight. The bottle in my opinion is a lot easier to use than those typical pump containers which you can never get to the bottom of. I really like the squeeze application and that the plastic is soft so you don't have to step on it to get product out.

Fantastic Scent, Feels Like Oil of Olay
The scent reminds me of Zum products. They have essential oils like frankincense and myrrh, sea salt, lavender and lemon. Their body sprays are wonderful. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last as long, but then again this isn't a body spray. The moisturizer itself isn't very thick. It goes on without feeling greasy and absorbs quickly. It reminds me of classic Oil of Olay. It has about the same consistency, the same quick absorption and the same light moisturizing. This is not body butter. It is not a heavy moisturizer. If you have very dry skin, this won't cut it. But it would be good with someone who has oily skin. The bottle is a pretty good size, but at $20 for 8 oz compared to $12 for 6 oz of Oil of Olay, I'm not sure if it's worth the extra cost. So it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

Strong Rose and Cedar scents
The lotion is creamy and thick, but easy to apply to your skin and absorbs well. The main scents of this lotion are definitely rose and cedar. The scent is rather strong but its not overpowering (unless you use like a lot, then it might be). I thought the scent was okay, but my mom and sister like it way more than I do!It does do a very good job of nourishing and hydrating my skin, leaving it feeling smooth and moisturized. This has 8 fl ounces and the bottle is roughly 5.5 inches tall and 2.2 wide. For me a little goes a long way
