It tore a couple of my notes and does not work properly.

I ordered Ribao BC-40 for our company, which handles large cash occasionally. The machine counts accurately and detects fake bills in an instant. I had an issue where the new AED 1,000 bill was not being read but their after-sales support was helpful and gave me software update and instructions.
