The Daily Dad: 366 Meditations on Parenting, Love, and Raising Great Kids Review: Really thoughtful daily readings- love the author! - I really like this book. Each page has one short reading for the day, and they’re quick enough to fit in with everything else going on but still thoughtful. The messages are a mix of parenting reminders, real-life perspective and simple advice that feels grounding instead of preachy. Even though I’m not a dad, I still find the reflections really helpful and relatable. Most of them apply to any parent who wants to slow down and be more present. The writing is easy to read and the stories feel real and honest. I like reading it in the morning before the day gets busy or at night when things finally quiet down. It’s the kind of book you can pick up whenever and still get something out of it. The quality of the book is nice too. The layout is clean, the pages feel sturdy and it looks good sitting out on a nightstand or table. It would make a thoughtful gift for new parents or anyone who likes short daily readings. Overall, it’s a comforting and grounding book that’s easy to stay consistent with, and it adds something small but meaningful to each day. Recommended for the Parent in your life!
407 pages. 366 daily meditations on parenting. My husband is not a reader, and this is something he enjoys doing daily for reflection and self building. This book is called “the daily dad,” but it isn’t just for dads, and moms can enjoy and gain a lot from it to, as I have. The daily meditations are one page each.

I bought it for my husband and can't stop reading it myself! So comforting and informative
The book is fantastic. You can flip around to any page and find so much value. I love the author and the illuminating discussions he provides about each quote. He certainly has a stoic viewpoint and I find it very comforting and reassuring. I got it for my husband, but keep stealing it away to read.
