Super effective and great quality bag for key fob.
The Faraday key fob bag is exactly what I needed to keep my key fob safe and secure. I carry my key fob when my husband is driving, and he uses his key fob. As soon as I place the fob inside, all signals are completely blocked - no unlocking, no remote start, no accidental activation or confusion between 2 key fobs in the same car. The bag is compact and fits nicely in the side pocket of my purse. It is well made- with sturdy materials and a strong closure that seals tightly every time. If you want an easy, reliable, and affordable way to protect your vehicle's key fob, this is a fantastic choice. Super effective and great quality, highly recommend.

The best faraday bag I've found !
As the victim of a very sophisticated hack, privacy is fundamental , I utilize a frequent gauge and this works, as difficult as blocking WiFi -Bluetooth - RF can be , this works well. recommend these tools for anyone concerned about privacy . You can mute, turn off, not allow -etc etc , but that will not stop someone from listening to your every word! Really - it happens , it happened to me , and utilizing weak security protocols from my FORMER cell provider , my entire identity was stolen by someone access my phone illegally, one they captured my passcodes via my camera and my information thru 24 / 7 ease-dropping, by the time it was discovered it was too late , I would not dare allow anyone to use a phone in my home , or around me without a mic-block and Camera cover - it works and my hackers tried to disable remotely with no success! I keep extra security keys and covers , that I let people around me use to keep our conversations private , at my house you can leave your phone in your car, or use privacy tools ! Once someone gains access to your camera they can see your passcodes or your s keystroke counter to learn it, in real time I was able to screen record a hacker using my user id and passcode, but once I added the NFC card with a second security key , they could not use the passcode alone, they had to have the physical card and key or it would not allow access. A must have for todays AI -black hat hacker world !!! Your WiFi / router can be easily spoofed and utilized to capture all your household! Cover smart appliances , gadgets and even unused equipment - even if it is powered off wolith a dead battery and passcode protected , a hacker can access you devices , laptops , doorbell , cameras etc , cover any items that have blue tooth , RF or WiFi capabilities , especially unused items that can act like a gateway into your life. A wall close to a neighbor's router or satellite -we use RF blocking fabric as wall cover then hang art over it , the kids painted art it after we installed in there rooms. Very durable and works as expected, this item is worth the cost ! Lanpard Faraday Bag Works!
The Lanpard Faraday Bag works great, because I know that it blocks the RFID signals even from my car. How do I know this, because when I entered my car and I had put my remote back into the Lanpard Faraday Bag, and then tried to start the car the function that shows a weak battery on the remote turned on requiring me to take the remote out and place it on the steering column of my car. When I try to start the car without the remote in the bag I don't have to do this. Additionally, when I put the key back in the bag during driving the warning light asking if the key is still in the car lights up, meaning the car is unable to detect the key hidden in the bag. This means that the bag is blocking the car's signal searching for the key. This is some what of an annoyance, but I guess it makes it harder for someone to try to steal the signals from the remote while you are driving. I bought the medium size bag and it fits my Audi remote with a ring of about six keys attached. I like that the set comes with two Lanpard Faraday Bags, so I have placed my spare key in the extra bag. My only other complaint is the bag is bigger than my keys and remote alone, which makes less room in my pocket and the velcro on the flap doesn't seem like there's enough to hold the flap down after many uses. Otherwise the overall construction seems to be good quality. Because of the bag size and not being able to see the buttons on the remote, it requires me to do the extra step of removing the remote out of the bag to lock & unlock the car, and the before mentioned issues with driving with the remote in the Lanpard Faraday Bag. That's why I mentioned that the Velcro not being wide enough might be a problem in the future, but then again if it does I can always use the new Lanpard Faraday Bag from the spare remote for the remote set I use and use the old Lanpard Faraday Bag for the keys that stay in the house.

It works!
Works as it should. When key fob is in the pouch, my car doors won't open and car won't start. Kind of annoying that I have to take the fob out to drive, but now I have peace of mind that thieves can't steal my car.

The RIFD shielding works.
The pouch works as advertised. My car doesn't detect the RFID signal from the key, even when I hold it right in front of the start button. And the size is perfect. It doesn't add much volume to the key fob.

Key fob easily fits inside the bag allowing the Velcro to seal it. Bag works fine until it doesn't!
When I first started using these, they seemed to function well. I kept the second pouch holding the spare key fob hanging on a hook in the kitchen. The other one contained my daily key fob that I put in the pocket of my jacket until I reached my car. Then, I would open the pouch and "take the fob out" to start the car, or if I was in a parking lot, or garage, I would "take the fob out" to unlock the car door. When the doors sense the fob signal, lifting the door handle unlocks the doors. Then one day I walked up to my "locked car" and forgot to open the Faraday bag, and to my surprise the doors still unlocked. I considered that a fluke and didn't think any more about it. Then some weeks later, my unlocked car was in our home garage, and being in a hurry I opened the unlocked door, sat down and stepped on the brake while pushing the ignition button, and the "car started" ! I took the Faraday bag out of my jacket packet and could feel that the fob was inside the bag "with the Velcro closure firmly sealed". I then scrutinized the bag itself and it was undamaged, with no holes, cuts or anything out of the ordinary that I could see. That meant the there was a leak in the bag and the signal was somehow penetrating the bag, and the signal was recognized by the car, otherwise it would not have started. I do not know how the bag is constructed but if the shielding material is on the inside, then it is possible that putting the key fob in and taking it out everyday wore down the material allowing a signal leak, because the exterior of the bag was absolutely unblemished. So, do not expect these Faraday bags to last long. The only way to know when they are useless is by testing your car to see if the doors unlock, or the car starts with the key fob securely enclosed in the bag.
