What do you mean by "use high performance switch power dont use transformer"?

A switching power supply uses electronics to transform AC current into DC current of the correct voltage for the application, a transformer is simpler but less efficient. Laptop chargers are an example of switching power supply, while your routers power adapter is probably a transformer type charger.
