Women always have to be aware of their urinary and vaginal health and sometimes two things can go wrong at the same time causing an issue that needs to be solved. I've had urinary tract issues for years now and have managed them but not completely eliminated them. Then suddenly I was having other issues too.This arrived the day after I ordered it and I tried it for the next two nights. After inserting the gel it did burn slightly but I went right to bed and when I woke up at 4 am it was much milder. Then I went back to bed and felt nothing the next day around 10 am. So I would say the slight burning sensation is not extreme and is very bearable especially since you sleep through most of it.On night two I repeated the instructions and went to bed again. Next day I was feeling so much better. Now today everything is fresh and clean! The only thing I noticed was the pear scent is fairly strong but it goes away by the third day. Wrapping up the applicator in a plastic bag and tossing it out in the trash is a good idea so the scent isn't in your bathroom garbage. I did leave the house the days after the nights I used this no problem. Mostly you can just catch a whiff of the pear scent when peeing. Otherwise it isn't too bad.Would I use this again? Definitely I'm going to get another box to keep on hand. It only took two nights to work and that is not much to worry about! I liked the fast, super effective gel and the healing results. I'm thinking my vaginal health issue was probably causing a reinfection of my bladder. That seems better now too and I took UT-Fem to clear out my bladder so maybe solving two problems at the same time.So don't fear the burn. It really isn't that bad and you'll be asleep most of the time! I am going to try other products by this company, especially the urinary flush! This FemiClear for BV symptoms really works. I am amazed of how quickly it resolved ALL my symptoms from the first dose!!!! The first dose burned a little bit like some reviews say but the second dose did not at all. The smell which some reviews say is bad, not for me at all. The ointment smells like plastic. No big deal for me, plus it goes away on the third day. Will continue buying it just in case it returns.

i'm gonna be so honest, the reviews underplay the process of using this process SO BAD. i figured it'd be pretty bad thanks to the reviews, but decided to buy anyway. The first night i used it... omg it burned so bad i couldn't move without a limp for like 15 mins. then it was manageable, then it was gone when I woke up. But honestly, that wasn't even the worst part. the worst part was the SMELL. ohh my god it smelled SO bad and SO strong i literally lost my appetite when i went to eat because i got a whiff when i sat down. it smelled like some kind of chlorine-like chemical and perforated my nose in the most unpleasant way possible. I literally gagged when I went to the bathroom the next morning. Then, on the second night the smell was just as bad, but the burn was barely there. Nothing like the first night. I had to go do something immediately after I used the product the second night (not planned) and I put on three pairs of underwear with a pad and do you know what happened? THE SMELL WAS SO STRONG that it got onto EVERY single pair of underwear AND my pants.Anyways, it did work for me, and I would probably buy it again if I needed, but any of this stuff could be a deal breaker for anyone and I feel like it's my duty to talk about how unfathomably smelly this stuff is.

So this product did relieve some symptoms but it burns like crazy both times I used it. My menstrual came on right after the 2nd dose so I’m not quite sure how effective it will be the smell is really strong it smells like nail glue or some type of chemical and it leaks out for days after showering you can’t really smell I also took the pills my doc prescribed but it didn’t seem to help so I bought this and feel better I guess taking both of them helped a lot.

This works buy it. I've been struggling with oder and itching. It has been eliminated. My period doesn't even have a smell. Will use again if i have to. The product it self will have a strong smell for 3 days
