I judge a company by 1. The product. Is it worth the money AND how long will it last. 2. if there is a mistake in the ordering/shipping realm how does the company respond. This was one of those times. Now as for the first one the product WILL last a long time. Yes its very helpful not only to help the dog get home but as a piece of mind for me. I don't like using the USPS for any package without a tracking number but sometimes its done. They lost it and with no tracking number. Now to the company. They did everything that they could to fix the situation but they didnt lose it. They made a new one and got it out after informing me so I was in the loop. Yeah that's how I judge a company. We ALL have had issues/mistakes/errors or whatever but what do you do? Do you make the customer right yup they did. I will have no problem ordering from them again. I actually need to see what else they have. Nice

This is a high quality product delivered promptly. A key attribute is that they take the time to finish the edges of the tag so that they are very smooth and dull. That's a costly step for a simple stamped metal object and it would be easy to skip it and ship it. I know. I've purchased stamped dog tags elsewhere that had unfinished edge that I could shave with. I had to file them down myself. Leaving them razor sharp could be really bad - if the dog does some typical hind leg scratching of the collar, it would be easy to slash open a paw pad on the sharp tag edge.

I cannot stress enough how important tags are for your animals. We have a husky and what you've heard is true, they are escape artists. She got out of our family members privacy fenced back yard without us knowing. After we discovered that she was gone we went searching and finally found her at our house. Someone had read her tag and brought her home then our neighbor attached her to her lead in the yard. I've never been so happy that I had purchased something in my life.If you have extra information you want on the tag then buy two. We have one with our address and phone numbers then a separate one with her microchip number, an alert that she is on seizure medicine and that she is an escape artist!The durability is very good and if you're worried about it getting scratched then add a layer of clear gel polish and cure it under a lamp. Worked for us!

This is a little larger than I expected, but I love that. Everything is clear and easy to read. There are no sharp edges. The only reason I took off a star for durability is not because of the tag. It’s because of the thin small round thingy that was sent with the tag to attach it to the collar. It seems like it could get broken very easily with a large lab running through the woods. I just used the thick metal figure eight attachment that his rabies and registration tags are on. The shipping time didn’t take as long as I thought it would for a personalized product. I will absolutely recommend this product to friends.

The tag is a good size, made of really thick metal, very legible engraving (and yes it really is engraved, not just printed). Also, it arrived so shiny that it's like a mirror. It came with an o-ring. It also shipped really fast-- I got it in 4 days. My dog hasn't worn it yet so I can't speak to how long-lasting it is, but it seems really sturdy. It's got weight to it, if you know what I mean. Feels "expensive". And it's immediately just better in appearance and quality than the machine at PetSmart.

Got two of these for my cats who we have been letting outside to run around the woods on a limited basis. We have gps trackers but I figured a name tag also couldn't hurt.These are made very well. They are small with well rounded off edges so there's no worry about it digging into or hurting their skin.The lettering is pretty small but still very clear. I put pet's name, our address, and two phone numbers on each tag.A good amount of info is allowed on each side.

Great dog tag at a great price. It took a few days longer to receive it from when it was supposed to. When i emailed the seller they were quick to respond and told me the tracking info. They are a good quality and the light reflects off it like a mirror. I would buy from them again, but with the expectation that it might be a week longer than what Amazon says

She has been wearing the custom tag for several months now and even after a rough winter and lots of playing and running its still strong and easy to read. No scratches or wear. However I did attach it to her collar with a sturdier ring. Very nice quality. Thank you.

Lovely looking but not engraved, rather printed. Its been on for two months now and hasn't worn away yet, but it's still not as described. Also it took a long time to deliver as I hadn't realised it wasn't in the UK. It's doing the job for now though and it isn't exactly pricey, so still gets ok stars from me.

I ordered two of these to tie to the front of memory boxes for my daughters. Well made, exactly what I was looking for. Well worth the cost. They took about five weeks to arrive as they were shipped from America, but I wasn’t in a hurry for them.

Takes ages to arrive but it's lovely, very clear information on it, well made.

The item seemed great to start with and we were really happy, but we went for one of our walks (only weeks since we received it) returned home and discovered some of the engraving has faded! Not a happy bunny.
