Not for slim shoulders
Gave only four stars because these were too deep (wide?) to fit me. I could not wear them because the inside edge poked up into the neck area of my clothing. Not designed for someone with narrow shoulders, it seems.

So cheap and the velcro piece that is supposed to attach to your bra strap arrives loose and unattached which means YOU HAVE TO SEW THEM ONTO THE SHOULDER PADS YOURSELF. If I wanted a DIY project, I would’ve gone to Hobby Lobby or Michael’s.They already fell apart on first use. Only worthy of the trash.

ok for jacket - way too big for blouse
The shoulder pads were way too big! They would be ok for a blazer or jacket, but way too big for blouse, shirt, or dress. I put them on for a cotton button down - I looked like "TooTall Jones" ! I can't send them back because I have sewn the velcro on the pad.

Very light weight & comfortable
Perfect size & very light weight. Don't even feel them when wearing them. Having both white & black is great, especially under light or dark sweaters.
