I'd heard about cupping treatments done by professional therapists and was intrigued, so I decided to buy a set and try some treatments at home on my own. I chose SMOOTH because it included a variety of cup sizes for doing cupping massage. The suction is not too intense and the cups are very easy to use. The size of the cups is perfect for both big and smaller areas - like the forearm, leg, thighs, back, and shoulder. The smaller cups can be used around your face. I apply natural oils to my skin first, and then move them around areas where I experience muscle soreness. After just a few uses I have seen great results. Also, the instructions automatically emailed by the seller were great in explaining how to properly use the cups. A must purchase!!

I was first exposed to cupping when watching the summer olympics in Rio. As a marathoner and triathlete I'm always intrigued by new techniques for speeding muscle recovery for maximum performance. After doing my research, I decided to purchase SMOOTH by Nurysh and am really glad I did. The set comes with a variety of sizes of cups as well as some you can use on your face and neck. SMOOTH is easy to use, and the product arrived exactly as advertised. I was really impressed that a separate user guide and introduction e-mail arrived in my inbox within minutes of the product being delivered on my doorstep. Other similar products which I researched appeared to be of lesser quality and offered fewer features. Highly recommend SMOOTH!

I give it 4 stars because they are really good material. but the small cups are really hard to create suction. Nice packaging. And a lot of suction from the big cups if you do it properly.

I am so happy that I took the plunge and purchased this cupping set by Nurysh! It didn’t have any reviews so I guess I was an early adaptor. Anyway, I had heard that cupping could be used to reduce cellulite so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did as these cups are easy to use think I am actually starting to see a bit of smoothing on my legs. I haven’t yet used the face cups, although I intend to use them soon to see if I can release some tension I tend to carry in my eyebrow area. I highly recommend this cupping set!

Results are only good for a day.

I love it. I wish it would have been a double pack. It works great!!!!

The smallest cup has hardly any suction. All the cups do not have enough of a lip to maintain suction, so completing the cupping process without frustration is impossible. Would not recommend, as it is a waste.
