Deep Recovery High Density Foam Roller - Travel Size

Nice for traveling. I took this on a trip to Japan and to Costa Rica. Fit will ok my back. Very very firm. The one I normally use Is not as hard as this one. It’s also smaller so it is a little more difficult to use. Overall mostly Did what I needed it to do.

- Everything I want in a FIRM foam roller - The short size and small diameter is great for travel, so lightweight - Slightly different pressure and positioning from the 12” diameter version, but great - WHY WOULD YOU PUT a hard logo in the middle of a massage roller?? Terrible design, but at least it’s easy to peel off. Otherwise, works great.

Firmness and size are great, but look at the picture - see that little "Deep Recovery" button/logo in the middle of the roller? I didn't! At least until I felt it dragging over my IT band. It'll catch a little on the floor, too, so the roller doesn't roll as smoothly as it ought to. Obviously I should have paid more attention and read some reviews. It peels off easily enough but that's a pretty dumb place to stick the button. If they really feel the need to have it on there, why not put it on the end? Pretty stupid.

This has helped with my husband's lower back pain.
