These dreads are definitely what you pay for. They are very itchy and the fall off throughout the lock is terrible. The synthetic hair strands from top to the bottoms ends shreds out of the lock. i followed the directions and repeated multiple times, especially the blanching step, steeping them in hot water, and it does nothing. They do not stay straight like real locks. They stay at this wavy /curly type of strand instead and causes scalp itchiness. i hated how bad the loops were, so i even tried cutting the rubber band (i lift the rubber away from the piece entirely so the blade doesnt touch the strand) to make a natural loop and the whole dread started shredding. I got too aggravated w the process and threw them all away instead of taking photos or bothering with a refund. I looked at the reviews before purchasing thinking it was a good enough attempt but i wish i just kept the money to go to a professional source.

Okay so these are my very first set of locks I just wanted to do the back of me head because I have very long very coarse hair and it was constantly getting matted, these have completely changed that! They are so comfortable when I first pulled then from the package I thought they might be itcy but I don't even feel them even when they are resting on my back. They were the perfect length for my waist length hair and the color is absolutely beautiful I think they look highly realistic and have received so many compliments on them. For my first time I thought they were pretty easy to install, I've had them in almost a week and they are still sitting where I like them. I searched on Etsy and similar ones we almost triple the cost, and all the added gifts and accessories were so cute, they even included rubber bands for the install. I am more than pleased and will be a return customer, if you have been wanting to try these I'd highly recommend doing it.

I ordered the copper red and the brown to blonde ombré. A little itchy at first but it gets better! I have fine hair but allot of it but the installation process was easy just tedious. I got 60 SE (single ended) I would recommend fort ting 70 if you have allot of hair as I did I was almost short. Not the softest but not too scratchy either!

I bought 3 packs of Kraler dread extensions; a 20 and a 10 pack of the thick 1 cm dreads and a 10 pack of these thin .06 strands. I bought the packs of the thick strands, hoping to save money and still cover my whole head. I ended up having to buy the thin strands later, and concentrated them on my hair line/part, and I wish I would have just bought all thin strands. These thin ones are super soft, and are a natural length. They’re light weight and feel natural. The thick ones are stiff and feel like rope hanging from your head. Spend the money and buy all thin, or soften the thicker ones before install.

time consuming to instal so they look deceivingly “natural,” but aside from that, no complaints. They held up well, my hair blended in with the color well, and they were easy to keep/maintain.
