Quality 5/5I am a very picky person so I took a couple months looking at all types of chairs, but this one is absolute gold in my opinion. For the price, this chair is amazing. I’m a big guy, 260 pounds, and I fit perfectly and it’s comfortable. The cushions are very firm, which I appreciate. Putting it together was simple and straightforward. I have lower back pain and I work from home and my back does not hurt at all after an 8 hour shift in this chair. The swivel is smooth. Looks sharp, I got the white on black version. Again, I’m a big guy and the chair is very sturdy no worry if I’m going to break it and it’s light even in the box upon delivery.Customer support 5/5My head rest zipper did break after two weeks, I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it, so great customer service.Critique: my only critique is the massaging lumbar support. I wish this pad was slightly thicker and the massaging is more just a vibration so I don’t really use it, but I also didn’t buy this chair for that reason so this isn’t affecting my overall opinion and review just wanted to say it for prospective buyers.

I love this. Glad I went with the fabric. I did it because I didnt want my cats destroying the arms of yet another chair, but I just love it overall. Good experience putting it together too. Reclines back pretty far. The massager is a little loud. But the chair so comfy. Its just the right size for my desk setup for my home office and very sturdy. I have it adjusted to just how I want it. I just wish the arms were adjustable.

The chair arrived earlier than expected. The parts and hardware were clearly labeled. Assembly was straight forward and easily accomplished. The hardware is heavy duty and should be long lasting. Once assembled, the chair is quite sturdy and comfortable. I gave it four stars rather than five based on the disappointing color. I ordered the red trimmed fabric model. The "red" fabric is anything but red, looking much more tannish brown. All in all, I like the chair. I'm only disappointed in the color.

This was my first time buying and building a gaming chair, it was easier than I thought it would be. When the parts arrived, everything was nice and neat, easy to find and put together, it has good stability, it's comfortable, and it looks really nice. If you're looking for comfortable chair to sit in for a long amount of time, I would recommend this one.

Ordered 2 of these chairs for both sons this past Christmas, nice chairs for the price. Unfortunately 1 of the armrest broke on 1 of the chairs, contacted the company and immediately responded and sending the replacement parts. Excellent customer service

This is my very first gaming chair. It’s solid and easy to install. I thought the width was narrow for me who’s 220lbs but it was actually comfortable. The leg rest can hold up pretty well but not sure how long it would last. I like the material although it might be easy to get dusty

I bought this because of the price and I am not disappointed. Very sturdy/heavy and well built. Easy to assemble. Comfortable. More firm than I expected though. I'm 6'3 and it's the perfect height for me. I'm not a gamer. I use this as my every day office chair. Rolls well on low pile carpet.

It's a bit of a shame that most reviews on here are from within a few days or weeks of purchasing. I've had my chair for about a year and a half and it is already wearing out. The seat material is coming off and the back and headrest are ripping. The material is just not made to last for more than a year or so of constant use.Pros: It is a somewhat comfortable chair for the most part. It wasn't too difficult to assemble. It has a good range of height adjustment and reclining adjustment. Has a vibrating lumbar support, though I never use it because you have to plug in a cord.Cons: As already mentioned, the material is ripping and coming apart just after about a year of use. I constantly have to tighten the arm rests as they easily become loose. While it does have the lumbar support, the chair back is fairly thin and you can feel the support metal, especially up near the shoulders.I personally find the leg rest gimmicky since this is an office/gaming chair, not a recliner, but that's just a personal opinion and YMMV. I suppose for the price this is a good chair if you only expect it to last about a year, otherwise if you want a chair for a longer haul then you should probably look elsewhere.
