The units have a 5yr warranty but I did not realize that until after I wrote my review. Seller refunded my money based solely on my review which to me indicates a very proactive customer service philosophy. Love the lights...and the customer service.... _____________________________________ Bought my firs pair of these in November 2022. Was superbly pleased with them so I bought a second pair and continued to be pleased....First set went into a laundry room that was being updated. Second set went into a workshop/office space. These made bright, useful, pleasing light. We were so happy with these that last month, May 2025, we ordered 2 more to go into our walk-in closet to replace the standard bulb fixtures in that space...excellent...BUT F'N HELL...last week one of the first set started flashing and now has a visible dead spot...about of 1/4 of the fixture appears to be failed or burnt out. So we got 2.5 years out of one of the fixtures in that set, the other is continuing to work normal....Today, one of the second set developed an intermittent flicker. The same thing happened on the first failing unit before the dead spot materialized, so it appears that a second fixture is now in the process of failing....after 2.5 years of service.....so $55 for 2.5 years of service...that's $22 plus the aggravation of installing a new fixture....These would be great if the lasted for years and years as LEDs should, but replacing the fixture ever 2.5 years is kind of a drag......next time, I think I am going to find the equivalent name brand model and give it a try

Love these panels, but maybe expect to get one year out of them. They were $30 each when I bought them. I have been using two in my office for 13 months until yesterday one of the panels died. The panels seem to have four banks of LEDs as two of the four rectangular portions died first and then all of them. I bought the 4-pack so that I had spares. The newly installed third panel looks great and I can't tell the difference between this newly installed one and the other 13 month old one. Also, after 13 months I can't see any yellowing like I did with the Costco ones (Arika?), but they lasted about 4 years before the yellowing got me to replace them. The old ones would be fine in the garage.

Do Not Buy!!! We purchased these lights 5/17/25 to replace the same lights that we ordered 5/31/22 which started flickering within months, sections burned out and eventually burned out completely. I reached out to the manufacturer for advice and a possible fix and never heard from them. We reordered the same lights 5/17/25 to replace the faulty lights. One end of the box was smashed upon arrival but the lights appeared intact inside and we couldn’t test them without wiring them in. We weren’t able to get them installed until August. First light installed worked perfect. The second light doesn’t light up correctly (See photo). I reached out to the manufacturer for assistance…they said contact Amazon. Amazon says contact manufacturer! So disappointing to get the runaround!!! DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY!!!
