These are great insoles. I have ordered them 2-3 times over the years. They are great quality, fit all my shoes, even Birkenstocks and other open sandals. I bought them first for slight leg length discrepancy, I used one layer per shoe. Now I just add one to each shoe for cush and comfort. The top tan layer is nearly invisible in Birkenstocks. Good value for money. The adhesive sticks incredibly well, don't plan on removing them once they are stuck to your shoe sole.

These feel great! They are adjustable and provide support exactly where it should. I have heel spurs but this does not aggravate them. Most others do. Its easy to insert into shoe and can be cut if needed. The 3 levels are great because you find out what height is best without buying 3 different sizes seperately.

These are good for those having achilles problems. However, I would have preferred a stiffer or harder feeling heel lifter. Nothing wrong with these -- very good quality and packaging. Simply did not meet my preferences for stiffness.

I’m a 73 years old male and in the past year have been experiencing sporadic Achilles pain, as well as pain on the outside of the right foot. My brother’s podiatrist suggested that he use the heel lifts for his foot problems. He loaned me a pair of his and I was very impressed. For some reason, my foot issues have disappeared. Since then, I have purchased 2 other pairs of heel lifts for my other shoes. I’ve used them for approximately 3 weeks and still am very impressed with the results.

I've only been wearing these for a couple of days, but so far they're very comfortable and feel durable. Time will tell if they help my achilles tendon pain (fresh out of the boot so it's going to hurt no matter what). These have helped correct my gait to the point that I can feel my calves, hamstrings, and glutes firing more prominently then they have before.The sizing is off, unless you dig for the width in the description. I'm a dude's size 10.5, but the large really only works in wider footwear like skate shoes. They just barely squeeze into my pair of Saucony. The mediums work in my Allbirds and different style boots, and would probably work just fine in my skate shoes too. The sticky tape keeps the layers together, but doesn't seem designed to keep the lift in position.TLDR; large is too wide, item is durable and comfortable, good value and have already purchased more mediums to go in other shoes.Update after a few weeks: I'm noticing reduced heel pain, but at the cost of total foot discomfort. The drop off is sudden and the arch of my foot is taking the brunt of the discomfort. The front end gets caught on my foot and flips out of place when I take my shoes off. Still very helpful, but a basic design that could use several quality of life improvements. I'm looking at other types of inserts to replace these.

Really a nice Lift.

I like how they peel apart so that you can customize the amount of lift. They work as promised and are comfortable.
