Works well, bright, level works.
lying1/1SavedGoalsOverall scoreJust in case the page changes, this is for:"Laser Level, 100 feet Self Leveling Laser Level, Green Cross Line Rotary Lasers, 4 Brightness Adjustment, Manual Self leveling and Pulse Mode, IP54 Waterproof Battery Carrying Bag Included"I purchased this because I had to mount items that are very far apart on walls. The lines are bright and the unit auto levels. If the unit's angle is too far and can't become level, it does blink to indicate it can't show level at that point. The auto leveling can be disabled and lock the lines into place. It is useful when items need to mounted at an angle.I'm using it with some tripods I have laying around and seems to be a standard thread. The only thing that I would like changed would be if the auto leveling had some dampening. Right now moving the tripod even a 1/8th of an inch causes the lines to bounce for a couple of seconds. It settles down at that point, but it would be nice to not have to wait so long to verify the lines are now in the desired location.Since I only need to move it a couple of times per mounting, it's not a deal breaker. It seems like a solid device and works well. Would recommend. As a DIY'er, I don't expect to use it very often, so I will not be able to comment on long term use. However, when I use it, it makes things so much easier.Review suggestionsWrite with generative AICheck for AItext & plagiarismReview suggestions12star-iconOpen suggestion card…Adjustment, Manual Self leveling Self-leveling and Pulse Mode…Open suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardOpen suggestion cardLoading analytics table

Works as well as dewalt
This has been a very good laser for me the magnetic holder has strong magnets in it and is very useful the green laser has different brightness setting which is nice the highest you can almost see in pure sunlight it was very affordable compared to big name brands lasers and seems to work just as well, small enough to throw in toolbox with the padded case it comes with.

Great product
Works really good close up. I got decent lines up to about 25 feet. Pay that point u need to be in a darker room to see the lines

Gets the job done!
Lightweight and easy to use. Watch YouTube if you have any issues. A video had me going in 2 minutes. The stand isn't great, but it works.

Easy, cheap and user friendly
I needed this to help me put up molding . It’s very user friendly and cheap enough to get even if you will only use it once . Definitely made my project easier

I needed this!
Works great! Very bright. The self-leveling (over a limited range) is a huge aid.

Budget Level and Best for Non-Professionals
The media could not be loaded. The Motovera Laser Level is appropriate for hanging pictures or small projects. If you plan on using it often I wouldnt recommend it (see my Bosch recommendation below). However, it IS appropriately priced and it DOES work so for that reason I gave it 3/5.I didnt think a lack of a tripod would matter, but as I mounted it to my microphone stand, I began to see why so many of the ones professionals use comes with a sturdy stand able to be finely-adjusted. Putting a line on a ceiling is almost impossible in self-leveling mode, and the back is frustratingly rounded so even if you put it in manual mode and point it straight up, it wobbles. The mounting bracket doesnt secure the level very well, but I actually think this is a feature that allows it to function in self leveling mode. Still aggravating when using it in manual mode.It comes with a pouch that doesnt hold everything. Brilliant.I used the target plate, and although it was the worst one I've used, it still worked. For those that dont know, the target plate keeps you from walking back and forth while you constantly adjust, check, adjust again, etc. If the one that comes with this level frustrates you, I recommend the Milwakee target plate. It's not sold on Amazon, but likely at your nearest hardware store. But if you are going that far, you might as well purchase a Bosch laser level. Bosch is probably the most respected name for the professional, while still remaining affordable. While I cant recommend this product if you are using it a lot, it certainly does what it advertises at a low cost.JHA

If you have to look at your pictures on your wall with your head tilted... BUY THIS!!
If you're like me and hang pictures like you're blind, then this is a must-have. I used to get roasted every single time for my crooked frames, like, full-on “did you hang that during an earthquake?” kind of energy. But since getting this little laser masterpiece? I’m a professional. (Okay, not really, but close enough.)The alignment is spot-on. The lines are super crisp and sticky (as in, they stay put and don’t jump around like some cheap ones do). It locks in beautifully, so I don’t have to keep adjusting it like I’m playing laser Tetris. Everything is correctly leveled. The laser is super bright or you can dim it.Also, the design is sleek and compact, easy to store, easy to set up, and it doesn’t look like some clunky contractor tool that belongs in a warehouse. Bonus points for not making me feel like I need a manual or a degree in engineering to use it.Game changer. Total confidence booster. Now my walls look like I know what I’m doing.
