I really love the look of this fireplace, thought, once on the wall and plugged in only half of the flame lit. I have contacted the seller so we shall see. Seller responsed very timely and has offered to replace the unit.

This fireplace exceeded my expectations. The log feature adds to the realistic flame. Love it!

I love the look of this fireplace. It's very modern and sleek. Great if you have silver or stainless steel finishes throughout your home or the area in which you are mounting. My only concern is that the corners are very sharp if you have young children around. I may look for something to put on the corners.

It does make some low noise, but we use our Amazon Echo to play ambient fireplace sounds and it works perfectly to mask the noise and it gives the feeling of having a real fireplace. Visitors are blown away by it and think it's stunning.

I had one of these for a couple years, and then, after about 2 years, stopped working. Would beep, but no flame. Ordered another wondering if that’s just how long they lasted. The one that arrived did the same thing. Beep, but no light. I ordered another, that one only beeped too, and the glass was broken with only minimal damage to the box. I’ve concluded after three tries, that this is a very poor quality product. If you’re lucky, it’ll last a few years before breaking, if not, won’t work from the start.

Purchased in 3/2023. It served its purpose initially but never was the flame bright enough or tall enough, even on maximum setting only the lower 40% of the screen portrayed the flames. By 10/2025 it no longer demonstrated any flames and the heater failed (which we hardly ever used). We have decided to go a different route with a local fireplace company. I normally don't write reviews but this was a miss for us. It is not unattractive and we would still have it if it functioned well.
