Filippo Berio Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 8.4 Ounce Plastic Bottle

I love balsamic glaze! I found it maybe a decade ago and have kept a bottle around ever since. A little on beef makes any steak taste wonderful. Works on some veggies too. But I wasn't crazy about the brand my local store stocks - a bit on the sweet side. I even tried making my own but it is a lot of work and no better than store-bought.So last time I finished off a bottle, I took a chance and bought this off Amazon for the same price as the store brand. Perfect! Thick, rich, a touch of sweetness but not much. Immediately bought two more bottles to have on hand. I am impressed at the quality and price and hope Amazon keeps stocking it!

Excellent in spaghetti sauce.

I eat a lot of boiled rice and chicken and mixed vegetables and I like to put some of this on it when I am ready to eat.It adds just the right amount of sweetness to my food.

Yummy with tomato's, basil and fresh mozzarella!

I seasoned my chicken with this and then baked it. Delicious.

This raspberry glaze is absolutely delicious!! It’s a very nice consistency, not runny at all. Packs a robust flavor, but, is not overwhelming. I use it when I make chicken cutlet sandwiches or a plate of fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella and of course, some fresh basil. Great staple item. Will definitely repurchase and definitely recommend.
