As shoelaces, these are very nice. The gold anglers fit well on the synthetic leather and the color isn’t crazy vibrant or too dull, it is a perfect mix. These laces went well on my Air Jordan 1s, but after around a month of time the laces seemed wore out or scratched up, and if any of it was from my own doing it was very little. The laces seemed to just wear out over time, so as of now, months later, the laces have been swapped out with different ones. I wish I could have had a five star review for these, as I was very excited when they came in, but time tells all.

The laces are quality.. nice texture and tie nicely but the pictures are deceiving. The first two pictures show more of a turquoise or lighter blue but the actual laces are more like a kobalt blue (closer to the third pic). So I'll give them to hubby for his kicks and purchase another color.

These laces have tremendous grip, which is exactly what I needed to replace a too-slick easy to undo pair of laces on a high heel ankle boot. If you need slick laces for faster slip on, you probably would want to go with something else. But, if you need the laces to be firm with use and look good, they're perfect.

These are so pretty and bright. I'm using them on my Hermes dance shoes and I tie them tight and they don't untie. You can imagine that is very important. I'm going to search for silver ones now.

I ordered the beige which looks more like gold

These are better than I expected and work for my purpose, but one needs to be creative when lacing with them. There is a seam on the back which will show if you don't turn the laces a certain way as you do up your shoe.

Fit my Stan Smith's perfectly. The stay tied pretty well and absolutely upgrade the sneakers.
