Q: Will these stay on in intense summer heat?

Currently have them on my truck for about 6 moths now... Average temp is about 95F.. They have not moved. So my answer is yes they will stay in place in intense heat.

Q: If I bought the square-ish version, where is the best spot on sideview mirrors to attach? Bottom right corner, or elsewhere?

Bottom outside corner is the typical spot.

Q: Will this work on a Toyota Corolla 2013?

Yes it will. I have a Toyota Corolla 2015 and it works great.

Q: Can this be used on a 2004 chevy malibu sl ?

It will basically fit any mirror, not the best unit, moves around too easily.
