Great product and great quality. Works as indicated.First thing, is that it heats food pretty quickly! Has lots of heating power. I've had 3 different lunch heating boxes before from other brands and they were all terrible. It usually took 45 minutes to an hour to heat food properly. With this lunch box, 20 to 30 minutes is more than enough and food is steaming hot!Then, the ease of assembly and disassembly for cleaning. Pieces don't get stuck together like with other brands, they fit perfectly and are easily removed. Outer plastic is also of good quality and doesn't seem to be brittle as other boxes of the same price.Another plus is that it comes with real-life size spoon and fork. Most lunch boxes don't come with either one, or only include a small spoon like child-sized. The lunch box comes with its own straps for carrying them on the top cover. Most lunch boxes don't even have a place to store utensils.And the last great detail is the carrying bag. Is tall enough to put another recipient inside, or carry the salad recipient alongside. With other lunch boxes you have to put the salad recipient INSIDE the lunch box with takes space from actual food needed to be heated. This one does not take space, which I think is a great idea. Also the carrying bag quality is really great. Very strong isolating material on the inside and not flimsy and thin. The outer fabric is also of good quality and strong.I totally love this heated lunch box. The best one Ive ever had, finally!, one that does the job right and leaves room to carry its accessories. Worth every penny. Would give it more stars if I could. Happy I found this brand cause Im sticking to it!

I got as a gift and couldn't be more happy with the quality! The ONLY thing that I have an issue with is that it doesn't have a wall plug, although the car charger works great, a wall plug would have been nice. This is a quality made lunch box, and does exactly as it should. It is easy to use, and stays hot till lunch time. It's easily cleaned and is small enough to store.

Bought this for lunch between work and class but it's also good in a small apartment when you want to heat up a midnight snack and don't want to wake your sleeping roommate who works in the morning. Just plop your pop top can of food in, plug it in and you'll be eating in no time! Got on sale, only $17!

Still using it works amazing, given that at my job they only have 2 microwaves and over 100 people l don’t fight to heat up my lunch. I love this product ♥️

Okay so this was great while it lasted (26days) So sad that this time broke in less than 26 days. The bag and zipper ripped 15 days in, then the item itself stoped warming up exactly 26 days after being used. It arrived on March 27th. Husband started using on April 1st. Today being April 26th, I tried to send back/open up a claim today but the dead line appears to had been today and it’s already been closed due to the time I’m assuming. Very sad because my husband was happy with it while it lasted.If seller sees this and would help me in return would be great! Thank you.
